XOXOXO
alicat-how are you feeling today?..sarah-yeh'there is definitely a urge to get another bfp after loss, very common, for me i needed to get something back, how long to you have to wait to be able to use your frozen embies?..murraycod-your in my thoughts..scarypinkfairy-sounds like you b'd at right time anyway...sunbeam-congratulations!!!ttcalovechild-sometimes with age men sperm can change so good to get it checked ,maybe when your cycle turns up you might find 'o' kits helpful..hello to everyone...afm-got a phone call from dr woolcott rooms ,they can fit me in earlier so not as long to wait,we all know how frustrating waiting can be..
Just got results back and my Hcg is only 19 which they said is pretty low and will do a follow up test on monday. How am I supposed to not stress about this all weekend?
sunbeam-i'm sorry hcg came back low ,but it doesn't necessarily mean it's over,it will be hard weekend for you,try to hang on to positive thoughts, remind yourself stressing about it is not going to make it better, hope you can find something to keep your mind busy with for a little bit anyway.
Sunbeam congratulations. A HCG of 19 is ok if AF isn't even due yet. I know a lady who has a BHCG of 20 at 14DPO and now has her son. Its the rising that matters. Praying the weekend goes quickly for you and you get a great increase on Monday.
Thanks Emmy that's the kind of thing I need to hear. I know I have to just surrender and let this baby come when she is good and ready and that's what I've decided to do. I was going to leave work early but decided I'm just going to get on with life and she'll get here when she wants.
Hello to the new ladies sorry you had to join us on here but we will all help you in any way we can,
Murraycod fingers crossed you get a good BT result you so deserve it !
Sunbeam I still think you will be ok just a bit early try to keep positive and until you know otherwise enjoy getting a BFP you worked hard for it !
Spfairy fingers crossed for you I am not far behind you ! lets hope we both get a BFP and can move over and be belly buddies !
Matthews mum great news on your apt better sooner than later ! keep us all posted on what they want to do
Dory hope your scan goes well keep us updated !
T-Hopes you still around ? how you doing honey !
Eliselouise thanks for popping in glad your doing well not long now till the 2nd trimester for you hope your feeling less sick now and start growing your belly now !
AFM well its day 15 for me and got my opk out and nothing no line well only the test line, so don't know whats going on think I will just Bdance every 2nd day from day 11 to day 18 from now on and save my money ! not doing too well as I am feeling a bit stressed this month with a housefull of people ! them being on HOLIDAY ! and me being the MAID ! not too happy at all ,
Oh well back to school on monday so things should quieten down a bit then but I will be in the TWW and wondering did I O or not !
Sunbeam: CONGRATULATIONS!!! Eeeee, very exciting! Lets hope Monday comes quickly with numbers steadily rising. All you can do at the moment is wait.
Murraycod: We're waited with bated breath! Hoping so much to hear good news!!
TTCALC: Hmm, doesn't sound like a very satisfactory FS visit. There's heaps of charting help on here though, I've never charted before either, but I am thinking about it! I understand that 10yrs is definitely long enough to wait, I'm glad your doing what you can to make it as short as possible.
Jahzara: Have a good weekend
AFM: AF has arrived, so I am on cycle day 1!! *Does a lil dance* lol. I'm so glad it's finally arrived, it feels like a whole new beginning. Moving to melbs on Wed, heaps of packing to do, but at the moment cramps aren't too bad. I'm still too grateful for AF's arrival to complain. I'll save complaining for next month when I'll definitely NOT want AF!
Sunbeam: CONGRATULATIONS, what wonderful news!!! I have my fingers crossed that your levels rise and rise and rise and all is good with this little one.
Murraycod, looking forward to good news from you too.
SPF: I understand the cynical I will be back on the horse, so to speak as soon as the bleeding stops...it's taking forever, although it's very light now.
Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, it's so nice to know that there are others who have gone through this devastating loss and understand the wanting to try again thing too. People are asking me if I am going to wait to TTC again, and I can't wait to start again, I want to be pregnant as soon as I can be, especially since we were trying for 21 months before our BFP.
Sunbeam- i had a HCG reading of 18 at 3 weeks and 5 days and was a bit worried like you but Harrison is now about to start kindy!!! Please try not to stress about it, i know that is alot harder than it sounds.
Murraycod- any news yet? i have everything crossed for you ( apart from my legs!!! ROFL)
Sunbeam-check out the betabase.info website it give you an idea on average levels of days past ovulation and from what i had a look at yours are within normal levels for where you are in your cycle some womens have been a lot lower have a look and have a good nights sleep try not to worry.
Thank you all for your support. I'm not feeling as stressed I think I have resigned myself that it will go one way or the other irrespective of anything I do. Quite crampy so not too hopeful but I know we'll get there.
Thank you all for being there (here) and being so wonderful, you rock.
I can't believe I'm posting here today, seems such as crazy month from getting my BFP on Boxing Day to miscarrying earlier this week. But we are hoping to get past this and try for another baby. Its strange with the mixed feelings of total sadness for the loss, but a growing sense of excitement for the future.
So our plan is to take it naturally and not chart for the next month or two and just see how it goes. Doc can't see any problem with trying straight away (other than dating).
Oh, also, with the sign off, I want to add my lil angel bubs, but I'm not sure how to write it. I lost him naturally at 8w2d, doc diagonised blighted ovum and said sac measured 5w3d - I'm a bit confused about which one is right for me to say?
my fingers are crossed for a sticky little bub sunbeam!
Sarahrach- i am sorry to see you join us i hope your stay is short... but you have found the right place and it sounds like you have a great Dr supporting you.. as for your bub i would put 8w2days i am pretty sire that is what most people do and really they cant tell you the exact age/ size they can only give you an estimate. I hope that helps chick!
Sunbeam! OMG - of course I understand seeing the very faint blue line and the way we see it because we want to. I am sorry your HCG came back low. Babe, I don't know what words of advice to give you to help you through this weekend. One moment at a time. Some people find being busy helps and others like to have some quiet time. My heart and soul is with you this weekend.
Murraycod - oh you poor sweetie for feeling so poorly. God on you for not being embarrassed. Good luck on those results. I am thinking of you and hoping that emby Harvey stuck. ROTFL about you being distracted at the moment. Guess you have a lot on your mind.
Mo4 - excellent news about your appointment.
Sarahrach - I agree with M04 - go with 8w2d. Sorry you had to go through that. I had a blighted ovum discovered about the same time at 8 weeks in July 08. I tried again shortly after and got a BFP in my September 08 cycle. Dr told me it was ok to try again.
Kirsten & Sarah - welcome to the forum. Sorry about your losses.
AFM - I was thinking about little Amelia on my way to work today and just how beautiful she was... poor little cherub got my nose, who would think at 21/22 weeks gestation a nose would be so identifiable? It's DH birthday soon and I was thinking I might him a learn how to fly voucher from a local airport, if its not too expensive.
Oh the other good news? The memorial muraya trees we planted are going strong. How awesome is that?
SPF - give my love to Amy, I loved what she types. My Aruthur cat decided he wanted to miaow at me at 3pm this morning, and touch my nose with his. in fact he has just jumped up to say hello - but no cat typing for him!
Take care girls, you are in my thoughts, even if I don't post daily like I once did. I get worried that my posts might upset you.
sarahrach welcome to the forum and sorry for you loss. if you m/c naturally then it is probably ok to try again soon, but wait for af if you want to be sure of dates.
Sunbeam try not to stress - but i know that is easier said than done. it doesn't matter what the number is just so long as it's doubling every few day. oh almost forgot CONGRATS!!
ferrals4 did your ovulation predictor thing come and have you used it yet? just wondered how you were finding using it.
~mummyof4~ lol @ your except my legs comment
KitFaerie yeah cycle day 1... now the fun begins lol
Kirsten hope the bleeding stops soon, is this af bleeding or not? and i know what you mean about wanting to be pg already!
craftymummy9 you're not far behind me then, as i think my cycles are slightly longer than yours, so i really hope we are belly buddies soon
Matthew's Mum glad you got appt sorted, and you don't have to wait too long.
MURRAYCOD.... i can hardly wait to hear how the bt went. please keep us updated! hope it's good news.
