    Here's the medical terminology jen...

Loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) uses a thin, low-voltage electrified wire loop to cut out abnormal tissue.

    Hi Lady's,

Sorry ive been MIA the last wk. We are trying to get my son into the christian school, which menat me and DH have had to do a christinanity course, as we do not attend church on a regular basis. Its been ok, but ive had a few moments of tears there. Last night was the heaven talk, so i had to ask, what happens when baby's pass, do the automaticaly go to heaven. Then it was 2mths since Lilli passed on Wednesday. I took ethan out for the day so we could be busy, but still ended up crying.

Ok so today im at CD13. Ok, can anyone of you help me, when your cervix moves high, how long do you think it will be before a person ovulates??? Last cycle was 32 days, so thinking i should ovulate around day 15-16. I just all confused with this stuff.

Sorry about the lack of personals, i'll be back today to catch up!!!!!!!

smi--Eek! Sounds a little unpleasant! Hope it wasn't as bad as it sounds!

Hey rach... Just wanted to give you a big Happy you got to spend some time with Ethan on Wed. to help distract your mind... but completely understandable that there would still be some tears. What you've endured is heartbreaking, and In my opinion, the fact that you get out of bed and function every day proves how strong a person you are! You're teaching little Ethan so much without even realizing it! About your CP (cervix position) question... you're the most fertile when you're cervix is high, but it can remain high for several days, from what I understand, so it would be hard to pinpoint exactly when you will O. Take advantage of the situation and away!!

Me--Well, I had my appt. this morning.... it went ok, but don't really have any more answers than I did before I walked thru the door! He agrees that my thyroid needs to be checked, but wants me to wait 2 weeks since I've really only been taking my meds consistently for about 2 weeks now. It won't be accurate if we check it right now. He also doesn't think my hormones need to be checked, because he said that if they were off, I wouldn't be having regular periods or be O'ing. He thinks I need to gain weight--I weigh 115 lbs. (52.16 kg) (mollycat--can you believe it--I actually converted!! ) He said it's ok that I'm taking a baby aspirin a day, but that it could have something to do with my periods being heavier... however, he also said it could be my thyroid causing that. Um... what else... I asked about possible endometriosis, but he doesn't think I have that due to lack of symptoms, I guess. So I have a pap scheduled in Mar.--on my b-day Not only is it my b-day, but it will be the day after my 1 year anniversary for my angel.... so much to look forward to! So for now I know nothing new.... will know about my thyroid in 2 weeks (why is it always a 2WW?)

for everyone! Will talk again soon!

Shortcake - I know its frustrating. But I've only just noticed your angel passed a month ago. I was told AF would take between 4-6 weeks to show. I know some women have waited up to even 8 weeks. I know its so hard to be patient when all you want is to hold your baby in your arms. But it will happen. Big to you.

chappas - I'm so sorry for your friend. At least she has you to help her through this. Keeping you both in my prayers.

smi - Goodluck on the protein levels. Its good that your BP is normal. and

rach - Its perfectly natural for you to miss Lilli. I think you're amazingly strong to be able to carry on and be there for Ethan. Big to you.

jen - Sorry you don't have any answers yet. I hope you get some in a couple weeks. I know what you mean about everything being a TWW. I feel like my life is just slipping away in 2 week increments.

    Hi everyone,

At last, I am finally up for some persies!

Hannah - I hope the therapy helps you deal with all your feelings. I've never had depression like you describe, but I imagine it must be awful to still be feeling like you do after all this time. But for what its worth, I found that talking to a counsellor after my miscarriage helped me a lot - it still took some time to come to terms with it, but it helped me to see that what I was feeling was not out of the ordinary. Good luck hun.

Jen - Sorry you didn't get any answers from the dr - it must be so very frustrating. I don't know if you feel like this but I was just so frustrated because I was wishing that there was something wrong with me just so we could have some answers why we weren't conceiving - and still don't really know what is up with me, just that my hormones don't do the right thing every month even though there is a follicle there. I hope the thyroid test goes OK and GL for the pap - I have also had abnormal ones and ended up having diathermy for it (don't know if that it the same as smi's LEEP or not, maybe different terminology between our countries??). I haven't had an abnormal one since I had it done, and that was about 12 years ago now.

Rach - Massive I must admit that I can't even begin to imagine how you must feel but you are amazing to be there for Ethan like you are. Glad you were able to get out for the day on Wed, what a difficult day it must have been for you all, totally understandable for you to be sad. Will just say the same as Jen about the CP, it only indicates that you are about to O soon and it is hard to pinpoint O using only CP, if you could use OPKs as well that should give you a clearer idea of when O is about to happen so you can time BDing. Good luck!

smi - GL with the protein levels!

chappas - So very sorry to hear about your friend

Shortcake - Sorry about the BFN I know after my last m/c AF took almost 6 weeks to arrive. I hope you get some answers soon, may be worth a dr's visit if she doesn't show in the next couple of weeks or so though?

AJC - Glad to hear things are going well!

babymiracles - So happy to hear about your transfer! And some frosties too, you lucky girl All the very best, hope this one is the one!

jackjack - Sorry to hear you aren't well, hope things are looking up for you soon

Karen Van - Congrats on the BFP!!

Theresa - GL with the ob appt on Wed! Hope it all goes well. I'm diabetic too, so if you need someone to talk to about that side of things just LMK.

Mel - Glad to hear that your lap has been brought forward. Good luck and hope it all goes well!

A big hi to everyone else - meh, Polly, erybery, Ruthie, WTH (of course ), Mannie and Easha - and anyone else that I have missed.

AFM - OMG I can't believe it I have made it past 12 weeks! 12 weeks and 1 day to be exact. I had my 12 wk ob visit this morning and had yet another scan and everything is looking fantastic. So I am breathing a bit of a sigh of relief today although I know full well that I will never be totally relaxed until I have the baby in my arms. But things are looking good, I'm still feeling sick on and off and very tired as well. I never though I'd be so happy to be feeling sick! And Jen hun, as soon as I get a chance to scan it I will pop the little scan pic up in the photo gallery for you. It is not a fantastic one as I haven't had an NT scan - it is just from my ob's little machine that he has in his office - but it is still not too bad. Can you see the photo gallery again yet?

jen - sorry you don't really have any answers & that you have another 2ww . I can relate to that frustration. I was told endo was not likely for me either as at the time I was 56kg and had no symptoms but when I had my caesar last month Ob saw some endo. Not wanting to make you feel worse but if things don't happen soon you could raise that thought again just so you can rule it out or treat it. Hoping you get a BFP before it comes to that tho. Big Hugs.

megsmum - congrats on another great scan. Am so thrilled for you.

Thanks to Chappas, Hannah D, Jen, megsmum for thinking of me. Thanks jen for helping me out with my signature, i was really excited when I finally got it to work aswell. I also have to ask (I'm a little dumb when it comes to this stuff, but getting better) The terminology of all these things like i guessed that dh means husband but dont know how, I even put it on my signature and things like codes for different things sorry but i just struggle to communicate i think i probably rattle my brain for half an hour trying to make sure i make sense!!..... I hope i do!
I have just started reading a book called avoiding miscarriage and am finding it really good, it has alot of useful information.
I had mentioned the other day that my bleeding had stopped, well my victory was very short lived as i had another big bleed while i was at work, so it's all back to the cramping, mood swings and bloating (my poor husband), and the only person at work today to help me was my colleague who is pregnant and is due within days of when my baby would've been; so so hard. I find it really difficult as the only thing she ever talks to me about is her pregnancy and how happy she is, I'm sure it's not done on purpose but still it hurts.. Sorry for rambling girls
Megsmum- Congratulations you must be so relieved!
Jen- so sorry that you didn't get any answers hopefully after a couple more weeks you will know more
Rach- for you after your hard day on wednesday, hang in there.
Gotta go girls talk soon xx

Good Morning ladies. Another really hot day here. Thank god its the long wkend though and we can just relax. Well today is CD14 and my mucus is milky and watery today. So i figure ovulation is near, so i best be DTD this wkend
Ive got a good feeling about this mth, even went and bought a little 00000 jumpsuit the other day, cause silly me got rid of mine as we weren't going to have anymore.

Megsmum - Congrats to getting to 12wks!!!!! I saw your little scan picture to, oh it made me so clucky!!!!

Jen - Sorry that your Ob couldn't help you. And although it might be a sucky way to spend ur birthday, it might give you some answers and be a good birthday. Hay what is your b/day, DH is the 4th and he hits the big 40 this yr. LOL my older man is now getting old. Anyway i hope the 2WW for the test is really quick for you!!!

JackJack - Oh sorry to hear your bleeding again. What a pin in the bum. And i know what you mean in regards to other women. My friend was complianing about her little baby boy the other day, and went on, and on about it. All i could say was "at least you have your baby sweety, many others are would die to be in your postion". I know she wasn't trying to hurt me, but yep it still hurts!!!!

HannahD--Thinking of you Hope you're doing well, and enjoying your weekend!

megsmum--Aww, I got all teary eyed about you breathing a sigh of relief... I can imagine you would! I'm so happy and relieved for you! Congrats on getting past that major 12 week milestone! *hugs* Thanks for the link to the gallery, because mine is still AWOL. What a great photo!

AJC--Thanks so much! You're always so supportive, and I love the fact that you're part of my cheering squad!

jackjack--Your welcome! The terminology can be pretty tricky at first--you're certainly not dumb! If you go to the bellybelly main site up at the top, then go to forums, you can find a whole thread dedicated to the terminology/common jargon. It's very helpful, I promise, and before long you'll be a pro! Sorry to hear about the bleeding... such a bummer, especially when unexpected. Big *hugs* for you!

smi--TGIF!!!! Glad to hear about your BT results... but what will they do since it's still slightly elevated? Hope you have a great weekend! I'm really lucky, because I get another long weekend, since my boy's school's are closed on Mon. for teacher collaboration day, or something like that--who knows or cares, right? It's another day off! lol...

babymiracles--Just wanted to send some extra

plc--So, so, so happy we've been able to chat so often! It really makes my day! Thrilled for you that you got to get out on your own--and of course, can't forget Gloria!! ( jeans? der! ) guffaw, guffaw!! chortle, snort!

rach--I'll trade your hot day for my rainy day! It's yucky and gloomy out here! Woo hoo--it's O time! Bet I know what you'll be doing this weekend! lol.... have fun and good luck catching that egg! Oh, my b-day is on the 6th, btw.... tell my fellow Piscean hi for me!

mollycat--Missed you in chat! Hope you're having a better day! Super big *hugs* for you! Enjoy your weekend--is it a long one for you, as well, or will you have the kiddies?

tutmae--Hey stranger! for you and Charlie!

Toccara--You've been awfully quiet... thinking about you!

Hi everyone, just had to have a vent.
I was supposed to go to my friends daughters baby dedication tomorrow morning. Ive been looking forward to it and had bought the present, ironed my clothes and looked up how to get to the church! then I was thinking bout it and I remembered that my friend would have invited her friend who is pregnant and who is due exactly the same day I was going to be due with my angel baby! I completely freaked out and had a meltdown and messaged my friend to say I just couldn't go as I was to upset. Just thinking about seeing someone who would look like I should have looked this far into pregnancy just hurts so much. I felt awful as this day was about her daughter, NOT about me worrying about some other pregnant chick who was going to be there. My frien was really understanding but I still feel like crap. Everytime I think Im coping fine something like this just brings me back down again!

On another note had my bloodtest done today to check if the clomid drug worked and actually made me ovulate. I will get the results on Monday. Hopefully my body did the right thing. Im hoping my progesterone will be really high s it will be a good indicator whether Im pregnant or not. Still will be another week till I can test!

    Why is TTC sooooo exhausting???
