megsmum - Oh thanks for saying that about vitex. Are you taking it at certain times only? Like up until O? Or after? I have heard so many different things... I am thinking I will need to take it before O so that it can shorten the time until I O! I really hope it helps, cos I would love to have a BFP next month!

Leyla - Thank you... I thought that my GP might jut say its a long cycle too, so I didnt bother going... but I am in so much pain today, so I am gonna see him tomorrow anyway... and see if there is anything else I can do. Hoping my next cycle is more normal.

Lee - Congrats!!! YAY!!! You have given me some more hope! I think the singlet was a sign!!

Satya - I bought some vitex, and just wanted to check when do you take it? The whole cycle or just certain parts? I really hope it helps us conceive too... if nothing else it might help my PMS... LOL I hope you are still feeling positive, because you do have a plan and hopefully this will lead to a baby in your arms!

TwoMums - Keeping everything crossed for you!!!

AF turned up last night, in full force, and I am in a huge amount of pain that no drugs will help! (naprogisic and panodol) I am ok, cos I didn't really think it was our month... but I am just worried cos it is soooooo heavy, and so much pain... but I am happy that at last she is here and we can get a clean slate - Thats how I am looking at it... but the pain and the heaviness is not nice at all... I am worried that maybe it is a Chem PG or an early MC... I am in so much pain... and I never get this kind of pain... I really hope it is just my body sorting itself out, ready for next cycle...

Do you think this pain is anything to worry about though?

Hope everyone is going well... and that those who are PG have a nice smooth PG!

    Hi Trying to be Positive,

I only started taking the Vitex this cycle on CD6, and started the homeopathics last cycle on about CD10 I think it was. Anyway, from all the reading I did about it, it seemed that the concensus was to take it throughout the whole cycle, and to stop taking it once you get a BFP. satya, you may want to correct me if I'm wrong?? Personally, I'd be getting onto it straight away if I were you.

I don't know if you are interested or not, but I'll mention it anyway, the homeopath has got me taking her stuff all the way through my cycle and says you should also take it for the first 3 months of pg. BUT, my understanding is it doesn't contain much Vitex and also does contain a whole lot of other stuff - not sure what.

I didn't mention in my last post, but interestingly I normally get really bad headaches around AF time and I didn't get them at all with my last AF. I reckon its more than a coincidence.

Gotta go, be back in the next couple of days to do personals! Hope everyone is doing well

To Trying To Be Positive - Kims very first period after the D&C was very painful too, lots of bleeding as well, she had the hot water bottle all the time and panadol and panadeine if it got too bad...i think its fairly normal...everyone is different tho.
