alice-thanks...mummatomany-sorry for your losses, hope af comes soon so the fun stuff can begin.i have pcos, been on metformin for a bit over a year, stayed on it through previous clomid & now ivf cycle,dr told me if i do get pregnant will stay on it throughout the 1st trimester...kitfaerie-sorry about you having bad day yesterday, could still be a bit early????fs has already said if get to transfer definitely only one going back in,too much risk of miscarriage when i'll already be at a risk, one at a time will do me...murraycod-i only had a mild sedation & local anesthetic in the area so not to groggy, but quite a lot of pain, whether i'm sitting, laying ,standing or walking.Roast sound nice,dh had to do tea here tonight so that meant frozen meals.

thanks for the welcome and good luck

    Thanks for the welcome,
Matthews Mum- fingers crossed you transfer, 18 eggs is awesome, Us PCOS ladies are good at surprising them!, fingers crossed you don't have any issues with hyperstimulation. Dr also told me you stay on metfromin for the first trimester, I read that they have clear proof it reduces miscarriages in ladies with PCOS, hey we are the same age ;o)) sometimes I feel so old, but my OBGYN tells me that I am just average age for infertility issues so not to worry.

Murraycod- I do "mad" well LOL, we have to try so hard to keep a sense of humour through all this or we will go insane and that is not a good look , I nearly went there and advise against it!

Kitfaerie - thanks a heap for the welcome......Promise it will be the last time I ever request AF vibes.....but with darn PCOS ya have NO clue when its comming. Plus I just had a recent D&C to check on a previous issue I had with Hyperplasia. All clear so we are Go! and I want it to GO LOL.

    Again thanks for the welcome.

    Hi All,

    Happy Easter.

Ferrals- you poor thing what you went through, you are an amazing person to have gotten through it. Inspiration is not the word. I hope you are doing ok.

Ric- Good luck with test tomorrow 10dpo. Exciting as i will be 10dpo tomorrow also.

Mummy of 5- How did the scan go i hope i had your dates right. I am sure all is well and sending you lots of good wishes.

Mildez- How mant days are you. My way is keep testing and keep posting but i don't want to be a bad influence.

Jenna- Welcome i hope you have a great month and the tww has a positive outcome.

Jennajayen- I am so happy you are physicaly feeling so bad. The worse you feel the better your signs. Sounds very promising

Mathewsmum- 18 eggs is amazing. I hope those little frozen guys wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed. Good luck hon.

Mummatomant- well done for making a brave decision and for being strong enough to know you needed to rest. I am hoping and praying for a positive month for you. Best of luck.

Sorri if i have forgotten anyone but afterall i am a poas- aholic and there is not much else on my mind. My name is rose123 and i have a problem. I love to pee on several sticks a day. My poor children think i am buying colour for my hair.

Ok so i have poas several times today as i can not understand how i can have so many symptoms and i am still only 9dpo. Boobs more painfull today, cramps eased off. Still chills every now and then, no metal mouth, stuffy nose and just feel bad. I used two internet cheepies and they show'd something but i would almost certainly say they were bfn's. So i decided to go and get a first response and it is a bfn/bfp. It is so faint i am not sure if it is my head. For now i am saying a bfn. Whatever happens i am sure i will have an answer tomorrow. Please please please
Chat then Bye for now girls

    Hi everyone

I wanted to pop in and say Well Done to MM for your 18 eggs collected, I hope they are making sweeeet love with the frozen swimmers.

Rose - Best of luck for your poas this morning

AFM : The following paragraph is WTI, though I am sure some of you gals will relate in some way

You wouldnt believe my bad luck. Triggered 11.30 Friday night, so 36 hours later equated to 11.30 am yesterday, and could I feel Ovulation. W hat happened to DH a stomach bug, he was bedridden all day, that's okay, I allmost force him to "do the deed", he knew the importance of it, and when he was putting it in the right place, it spilled all over my leg. So the poor man had to do it again later, whilst I am beside myself worring about the sperms quality, and quantity. OMG been doing it every day since Friday, and again today, for a purpose, it's so full on. We dont mind though, those little swimmers had some friends to meet

Just another day i the life of a lttc'er

    Hi girls

I've been lurking on the thread & was amazed at how much you all support each other, and hoped to weasel my way in too!

A little bit about me, I've got a 2yo DS Elliott, who was conceived the month after I stopped taking the Pill! I had spotting with him at about 7 weeks that amounted to nothing. Last year in March we started TTC again and it took 6 months before we FINALLY got the BFP. At the 7 week mark again I started spotting, the week leading up to Christmas. Had a scan which said everything was ok, but found out later that the HB was too slow, and that baby was dying when I saw it on the screen. That week we also found out that my dad has a brain tumour, and he had emergency surgery on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day was the day the miscarriage really happened, but found out Dad got out of the surgery really well. Unfortunately he's since been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, (the same as Prof Chris O'Brien from RPA had), so we'll be lucky to have him around for a couple of years. On a happy note, he's getting married to the love of his life this w/e.

Anyway, I'm feeling really frustrated about having to go back on the whole "Am I? Aren't I?" routine every single month now. It's driving me crazy, and I hate complaining about it because every single person is telling me "When it happens, it happens" and I KNOW that but I just want it to happen now! I feel so irrational, and overwhelmed with jealousy when I see other pregnant women... my friend is having a baby in the next week or so and I'm really worried about my reaction when I go to see her. I'm thrilled for her, I really am, she had a bit of PND with her first baby but seems much happier this time round, but I feel jealous and sad for myself. I should be pregnant right now, I should be feeling my baby kick....

Sorry for the rant, I'm just feeling a bit low. I'm due for AF this week, and I haven't bought any preg tests because my DH gets frustrated that I waste my time & energy on them, getting my hopes up just to get down again when I get that BFN.

    Sigh.

OH MM - I am sorry to read you have been up worrying about sperm. I am not sure of your DH's sperm quality, however, there will be plenty of swimmers in each vial. We have used my DH's frozen before and it worked fine. Millions .....

AMI - So sorry hun to read about your Dad . I am happy to read he is getting married to the love of his life. Welcome to our thread .
