    Big Huggs Girls XXX

Ferrals, yeah put the booties back under your pillow I say How you feeling today?

Thopes XXX Thanks, YKWIM XXX I finished the last Twilight book tonight...sigh....may have to start them again me thinks!! Can't beleive I am so addicted now, like a love struck teenager, oh I wish I was a teenager again, I wouldn't have any of the worries I do now....

KitF, yeah looks like we are going to have to look at 2011 babies now, I do hope your little signs are a suprise for you at the end of this cycle though!! My fake positives on the pee sticks have now but only dwindelled down to the dreaded one line, sucks,..

Bons, yeah I am going to have to give my treadmill a bit of a work out after this comming weekend, my fridge is full of easter bunnies and chockie.....for the neices and nephews of course....

Matthew'smum how's the Stims going?? Don't hear much about your ivf cycle that I am sooo excited about, the discharge is normal, I got that too, but don't stress about your eggs releasing too early, the meds will stop that, you are just getting a pretty big build up of nice juicy follies by now!! How's the tummy feeling?? Like you are going to burst yet?? XX

Wouldloveabubba, thanks for putting up that list, I will be asking my FS about all of those XX All the best for your upcomming IUI honey XX

Millyd, sweetheart I'm so sorry XXXXX

MissK, goodluck darling, I hope your BDancing caught that egg XX

Dory, huggs, missing you XX Glad things are ok XX

    Ric sweetpie, how are you!!??

Sunbeam, if you are lurking.....thinking of you

Well AFM, I rang Repromed the other day, and have a phone appt with my FS tomorrow night, DH and I have talked and talked over and over about what we are going to do, I just don't know anymore, we are definately NOT thawing Harvey, that is definate as of now.... but the stim for this upcomming cycle, I dunno, DH just want's to go for it, but now I am not confident about anything. Money is a factor too. Thinking of putting things on hold for a few months, I am not handling it as well as I thaught I was going to. The actual needles poking and prodding is fine, the let down has burried me in a hole so big I can't dig my way out. Im just not confidant anything is going to work at the moment, not in a good positive headspace to start a stim cycle, so think I will chat more to DH and FS tomorrow about stopping everything for a while, see how I feel in a few months.

    Take care all XXXX

Kitfaeri I had not heard of the booties but will be giving it a try I am a knitter so if anyone needs a pair private message me with your address and I will knit you a pair !
Murraycod hi sweetie sorry your not feeling too positive atm but it may be the dreaded I was so negative all weekend and wanted to run off and just cry and cry and never TTC ever again ! but today is day 2 another cycle another hope and I feel so different so give it a few more days before you make the final decision ! I understand about the money side of things but maybe one last chance is all you need ! many years ago I was in your position with IUI and my DH begged me for just one more try and low and behold although I was convinced it was a waste of time and money I got my BFP my son is now 18yrs old and I was so wrong !!!!
Thopes yay for day 2 think we are on the same cycle again and I too have the flood gates open great to see the red sea for a change means things may be better for me this month ! I hope so anyways !

Hi ladies - thought I'd drop in quickly and say

I've been trying to keep busy and away from BB for a while to regroup - I almost think the first few weeks waiting for O is more painful than the 2WW!!! Anyhoo - looks like I've O'd on track this cycle so all should be good for a normal length LF this month.

OK, for those of you who called me out - yes, I was lurking I miss you all! It's me, snuggles!

Kit - I totally recommend maca root if you want to go down the natural supplement road. It nourished your pituitary to stabilise your hormones, rather than elevating one or another. (which vitex and epo do)

Cod - you'll work out the right thing to do. So many folk have given you great advice - it does take a couple of cycles to get to know how you respond to the drugs and what doses are appropriate. Keep it in mind, and I know you'll make the right decision for you.
I did as you said and got the betas - first was 720, going again early tomorrow morning, so will advise.

Crafty - would love you to knit something for us! will PM you!

ferrals - the pg porn has kicked in at our place! I did think of you and crafty at the time....

to everyone else - hope you're all going well.

    Morning ladies

Audax-i also take macca root have been for a few months now but have found a better chinese herb one because all my hormones are normal except my FSH a tiny bit high so the one i am waiting for will help with that good to hear you are well and the porno preg has kicked in i am feeling the opposite at the moment feel to crappy to care.

AFM-Feel like Sh#t AF still not here just waiting for her to show DH and i layed in bed last night and talked we are going to try a few more months and if not pregnant we are throwing in the towel (throw up the white flag Murrycod) i have had enough maybe we just are not ment to have a baby together i was lucky enough to have my 3 boys and my little Abbi just briefly but this is honestly ruleing my life at the moment and i am getting tired of it i know i am only 36 and have a few years left but my marriage is more important DH said he would go get the snip so i don't fall pregnant at 40 (not that there is anything wrong with that to the ladies in their 40's) just not for me.

    MOrning all,
Matthews mum, thanks for asking after me. I am really struggling, I am so angry with my body tday, how is it that it just cant manage to do what we want it too....
The thing is, when we started ttc we had a timeline to stop this June as my beautiful DH doesnt want to be bringing a newborn into the world at the age of 40. Thing is we never banked on losing a little angel...So every time Af comes its another month down and now we only have 2-3 more chances. I am so devaststed this month I am not sure how to manage more negatives and then move on with no little bubba... I am crying as I type...In June when we stop ttc we should be 6 months pregnant and I know I am focussing on the negatives, i know this doesnt help, but I am so sad and just struggleing.
So Ferrals I know how you feel about stopping ttc, may I suggest not putting a date on it though as it feels like a ticking time bomb and doesnt help with the no stress theory.

Wanting something so bad is such a sad feeling.
Sorry to be such a dampner today

Praying praying praying that it happens in time

Ferrals: OMG I feel like such crap too. Had a big convo with DH about adoption (possibly getting ahead of myself!). I just feel really really flat. Feel bloated and had a gigantic acne breakout, and WiiFit told me I'd gained 1.2 kilos. Stupid wii board. I almost want AF to show up just so I can have this be over with! I have to bake a pie for dinner at my sister's place tonight, when I could just hide under the blanket (the cat's already there, he'd share with me) and stay there for the next week.

Audax: Did some research, sounds good! When I emerge from my cocoon of self pity I might just pick some up. Could be a while.

MatthewsMum: Glad your not getting a lot of physical symptoms, bah @ not being the most fun person to be around, your making an egg/eggs, that's all you have to concentrate on right now!

Ok, gonna go hide now xoxoxo

Oh MillyD we were typing at the same time, sweetheart I'm sorry you feel so sad! Timelines can always be changed, your DH may find he feels differently once June shows up. Fingers crossed you've already got a baby in your belly by that stage! Next month may be the one, and 40 yr olds make brilliant parents Lots of deep breaths for you!

    hi girls
murraycod - we are here to support you, no matter what your disision is. you will make the right one. im glad edward took you away! he's so ace huh! want another little fix????? A few years ago Stephanie Meyers wrote Twilight again- but in Edwards version... she called it Midnight Sun but unfortunatly someone hacked into her computer and leaked it all over the net, even more unfortunate is that she had only written 12 chapters... she cracked it and never finished it. She reckons one day, when all the Twi-Hards have settled down, she may finish it but for now she has it on her website for ppl to read! so go and enjoy it! Its so cool reading why he said things and where he nicks off too! enjoy darlin! xx
Audax - thrilled to hear that your going well! please dont be a stranger xx
ferrals - sorry to hear that you have AF symptoms but... its aint over till she flows! chin up xx
sarah - welcome back, i really hope you caught that egg just in time for easter!
kit - well my mum is making me some yellow booties!! im excited!! i read a few stories and i do believe in magic!
crafty - yeah we are cycle buddies again! yeah my flood gates were well and truly flowing yesterday, slowing down again today, everything seems pretty normal! i like normal!!
matthewsmum - im doing good today...day 3 and im ok! 1 more day of work and im on holidays for 10days! Bring it on!! glad to hear your doing well with injections, stay positive! it will all be worth it xx
bons- im thinking of trying to get healthier too but everywhere i look is chocolate! And man do i love chocolate! BUT i need to shift about 5kg that i put on with my 1st pregnancy - Yep im still carrying it! I gotta blow the dust off that treadmill in my lounge!
millyd- how you doing today darlin?
missk- hi love, yeah it so hard when friends around you have big bellies! my friend that i just found out about - well im trying to see it in a different light today.... i pray that i wont be too far behind her and that it will be nice to have a g/f to catch up with that is pregnant too! maybe it will rekindle the closeness that we used to share when we were in highschool, we have really drifted of the yrs... everything happens for a reason.

afm - well day 3, trying to focus on our 1 week Gold Coast family holiday coming up! There are 14 of us going, my parents, sisters and their DH's, all the nieces/ nephews... and maybe, just maybe.... there will be a tiny 15th member tagging along for the trip in my tummy! I gotta have faith! oh and yellow booties

millyd-big hugs to you, don't be sorry for letting your feelings out, sometimes it helps to write it down,my dh is an older dad , but a good one,his age doesn't stop him from actively participating in the kids interest. My Mum is an older mum,and we did/do good.Maybe the deadline can be changed?it would have to take some pressure off.Hope af is finished soon so you can concentrate on the fun part of ttc...kitfaerie-hope dinner goes smoothly, you never know might just help, spending some time with family,if not come home to that bed early...t-hopes-A holiday sounds great...

I just have to tell you guys this. I was being good, I went to study, I was even studying statistics! AND the example (for logistic regression, if anyone's interested) was the probability of getting pregnant after unprotected sex. If I ever needed more proof that statistics was evil, this is it.

    New to the thread

    Hi Ladies
Thought I may join you, hope that's ok. I only had a very early miscarriage but still any loss is a loss I guess and I feel that the support in here is probably wonderful, especially the encouragement to keep TTC and advice.

Going through IVF - we just had our second attempt and I bled at the start and then again at about 4 weeks and thought I was miscarrying. The next day I had my ultrasound booked and there was something still in the uterus and my cervix was still closed. I didnt have another BT for about two weeks and by then found the HCG had gone down to 50. So blighted ovum Im guessing at around the 4 week mark - can't be sure though. From the start of it all it was such a long haul and very disappointing and sad that we didnt get a great outcome.

Anyway - hoping my body goes back to normal ASAP and we maybe able to do another IVF try in July. In the meantime I will be hoping for a natural miracle.
Hoping to get to know you all and GL on your TTC journeys - hugs.

Hi all I am still catching up.... but wanted to start somewhere.....

Alice - I know its ages ago that you went to Noosa, but it can be a lovely place. I love it there. Sorry that your fam made it hard for you. How is your cat sitting going?

    Bons - thanks for asking.....

Kit - how's Amy? And about adoption.... you will do what's right. I am adopted and I am so happy. I think the trick is to tell your little one from the begining and for you to try and be as secure as you can in your self and your relationships. Bet there is a whole raft of expert tips out there now.

Ferals - wow sweetie - those are very big topics of discussion. Hope you're doing ok.

Murraycod - you are just so amazing.... I love you so much. It's so exciting to be reading your journey ( but I see the addition to your signature and it breaks my heart).

Oh well I am going to keep reading....

    Hi ladies

Millyd-your signature says you and DH are 32 & 37 you said DH is turning forty there is nothing wrong with that and you are only young plenty of time for you most dads are older than the mums.
I havn't put a date in my calender just said we would give it a few more months than call it quits i havn't got years left in me i think the end of this year would be stretching it but i will see how i feel at this time in my life i feel i have almost reached the end of my teather.

Kitfaerie-LOL can i come hide under the blanket with you.

T-Hopes-your family holiday sounds good hope you have a little hitchhiker on board when you go.

Mathewsmum-good to hear the needles are not bothering you i had no problem with them good luck on friday my fingers will be crossed.

Loops-welcome looking forward to get to know you but hope not for to long we can all move over to the BB thread and get to know each other there and talk babies and fat bellies wouldn't that be a perfect world.

Dory-i read on another thread that you are doing great after your procedure i am happy for you.
DH and i need to talk about this stuff so we both know where we are at and what we both want so there is no pressure from one of us on the other.

AFM- still no AF she due today or fri so still waiting but still a BFN so all hope gone.
