    Hi Ric
I use the paper that came with my opk kit as a guide but have always O around day 14 so start opk around day 11 as it only predicts the LH surge which happens 24 to 36 hrs prior to Ovulation so try from day 12 and see how you go but do in the afternoon after lunch, why not give VITEX a try seems to have worked for me in getting my cycles back on track ! you can get the tablets at any good health shop.
Think I will take your advise and try tues, thurs and fri fingers crossed I catch that egg !

Hello to everyone, no time for persies today as im just about to head off to work but thought that if i didnt post i may be forgotten in the back stalls with so many of us in here now
Had my sisters wedding on the weekend and while i had a good day i was constantly thinking about how the dress shouldnt have fited me because when i bought it i was going to be 7 months pg and not fitting in at all. Thought i was coping ok and holding it together for everyone but when i went to leave i said goodbye to my fam and i just lost it, burst into tears and had to leave the room. Felt really silly but just couldnt hold it back anymore. I think ive just been bottling it up for so long and i needed to get it out. My sister was brilliant, she gave me a huge hug and told me that everything would be ok and that if i need to talk shes always there.
So anyway thinking of going to speak top someone but not sure if i want to or not, find it hard to explain my feelings so think it might be pointless. Maybe i could just go to a naturopath and get something to de-stress me because i think im superstressed at the moment. Any ideas from anyone what im best to do??
Sorry for the all about me post ill be back tomoro hopefully for some persies.
    Take care everyone
    Talk soon

Hi ladies my FS rang me today and said she would be happy to do a back to back cycle as soon as AF turns up to get in before the new year she said i stimulated really well and is very happy with my ovaries and that i would not be at risk of OHSS and its up to me what i want to do what do you think? i said i would not do another cycle in the new year because pricing would be way out of our league $12,000+ per cycle but if we can get one more in this year i dont know what to do .

    Hello lovely ladies,

I've just found this forum and wanted to say hello to all the others out there who know what it's like on the less-green side of the fence. Trying to get to know the people in here is a draining experience - but I'm hoping will also provide me with comfort and understanding.

    to all.

    Hi Ladies,

wow, how many posts to catch up on!

greencake - sending a cyber hug your way.

Ronlyn - I am so sorry for your losses. The ladies here are great, you will be well supported here. cyberhugs.

good luck emmy83 in your 2ww - and anyone else in their 2ww

snuglybean - thanks, I hope you can bake! LOL

Ferrals - I am so sorry. Are you going back to the natural way or are you planning on doing another round? Perhaps, surely, the odds must be in your favour for next time. Cyber hug.

Murraycod - thanks for that list!! And my fingers are crossed for you!!
Moderators, perhaps we can have a list like this at the start of each thread?

hosebeastess - sorry for your loss, I hope all goes well with the specialist, and you soon get your BFP

Elsielouise - I'm glad you survived the wedding, and you are allowed the occaisional melt-down. cyberhug.

cookie - welcome, and sorry for you losses, I hope your stay here is short. cyberhug.

    hello to everyone I missed!!

AFM - EDD time - I have been feeling really emotional and fragile. And just a bit peeved that no-ne seems to get it. I want to scream "you do the math, you were also at the hospital!!" but I didn't
FS wants to leave IVF till Feb now, not Jan - and so I am going to do a couple of months on clomid. AF is due in a couple of days (I had a month off charting this cycle), so I start clomid sometime next week.

OK, tomorrow is a new month, so next month there will be LOTS of BFPs on this board, there has to be!

EDD time - milly 5, I do feel for you . K.T. should have been born 4 days after a wedding I have to go to this year (2 days before Christmas!). Peanuts EDD was about a week after my cousins wedding next year. And people don't seem to get why I don't feel like celebrating Christmas this year!
It's tempting to set up laptop in the car with a wireless connection for the wedding - keep popping in there to whine and chat to people who do get it!

Ferrals I think you should give it a go if you are ready and it feels right.

Eliselouise I am sorry you are feeling so all over the place. I think it would be worth you speaking with someone, sometimes it's good to get things off your chest with someone who does not know you. I hope you are feeling better soon

Ric I am sorry things are all over the place with your body. I know how that feels at the moment it’s horribly frustrating

Craftymummy9 good luck with the plan

Milly5 thanks for the hug, hugs to you at this time I am not near my EDD but can imagine how hard it is

How are you murraycod? I have my fingers crossed for you, have you tested yet?

Welcome hosebeastess and Cookie36, hopefully you feel comfortable with us very soon. I am relatively a new member (I stalked for a while) and have found the encouragement and kindness given to me by these lovely ladies invaluable

    Hello to anyone I missed.

ATM DH is off to see my acupuncturist to see if he can do anything to make DHs sperm be faster and stronger. DH is very supportive and sweet! My spotting has almost stopped and still no sign of AF. My nipples have been erect and sore all day. I still don’t think its our month as I tested this morning and got a . Will keep you updated.

    OMG post fest thisafternoon hey!?!

Ferrals go for it hun. I say if you are able to afford it again this year, just jump back in. You have nothing to lose.....apart from your sanity......
IUI was stressfull enough for me, and I have no idea what the IVF cycle involves yet, but I'm sure DH and all of us can support you through.
Babe you have been sooooo strong through all of this, you are an inspiration to all of us for the patience you have had, and you know we will support and respect the decision you make in the end XXXXXXXX

Crafty nope, no sticks. Thaught about it though, then told myself not to be stupid and just wait for AF to visit. I want to prove to myself that I'm strong enough not to POAS. Will be a first for me.

It will be like not being able to pluck out a wedgie cuz I'm in a crowded room......driving me crazy already

Welcome to the thread Cookie X Youl'l get to know us crazy girls soon enough X Think I may have introduced myself to you in anoth thread, glad you have joined in, and hope you are getting plenty of support here XXX

Greencake what cycle day are you on hun?? Think we are on the same. Can you get a BT to see what's up??? I have read many girls not getting a BFP on a PeeStick for many days after AF being late. And if it is actually implantation, your levels wouldn't be high enough to show POAS.

Milly5 Cyber Huggs to you hun XXXX I hope your doing ok X Theres a couple girls here taking clomid, hope it works for you XXX

Eliselouise sorry you had a meltdown, don't feel bad for it, better out than in I say X
Talking to someone could really help, we are all here for you, but I dunno if I'm saying the right thing to people sometimes when in such a fragile state, professionals know how to handle meltdown moments, and can teach you really good tools to use, no harm in it X

matthew'sMum hope you get that +ive OPK babe X

Ric hope you are taking it easy sweetheart X

I had an eventfull afternoon........and suprisingly wasn't the dog I had to take to the vet, but my Darling DH to the hospital
I was in the house doing some dusting, when DH came running to the back door yelling "babe! Babe! Get me a bandage hurry Iv'e cut myself!!!"
I went to the first aid kit, got a bandage and rushed over to the door, he sees me.....
"No No Get me a towel quick it hurts"
i was like "Take you to the hospital cut???"
"Yes quick hurry it's bad" He was cradling his right hand under his armpit, and I saw the blood all over his shirt and his shorts.
Thaught he'd cut his finger off or something the way he carried on.
I threw him the towel and he quickly wrapped his hand up. He looked white with horror.
Took him to the hospital (My work) and the poor darling got a whole of 3 sutures
And a tetanus, just to get him back for all of the IUI needles he gave me with a grin on his face
    Poor thing. LMAO!....3 sutures....
Since then, he has acted like a child, getting me to cut up his food, open car doors, do shoelaces up, undo buttons, make him an icecream........I flat out REFUSED to wipe his butt when he asked me too....not my problem it's his wiping hand.

    Red face AF finally here...

    Hi Ladies
i know its been ages, but have not been in a good state of mind the past few weeks. Its like its been a delayed response to MC and have hit a wall, both me and DP. We have decided to get some help together and seperate. We are a good, strong but how we are dealing with it all, is very different. He is angry about the MC ripped off we lost the pregnancy, where as i am sad, so sad. I got AF the other day with a VENGANCE!! oh my god very heavy sorry to be yuk, but filled 5 heavy duty surfies in a day!! with little livers, sorry again.... is this normal??? i guess now we have a clean slate to work from and i can start to map my ovulation cycle. MUST look on the good side. Can easily get drowned by sorrow. Thanks so much for letting me debrief as i need. thanks

first of all sorry if i miss anyone. the thread has spiraled out of control!!!

lol muraycod, sounds like my dh, he is off work at the mo with a headache, but he's feeling very sorry for himself. i can sympathise about the tetanus though, i had to have one last week after a mouse bit me that i was trying to save from the cat. see what thanks i get!

greencake is your dh taking any kind of supplements, you can get them like blackmores or ultivite that increase production of well at least in our experience they seem to have made a difference lol

craftymummy9 that's good news about the new house. we almost moved when i was pg, but we could not sell our house, i've just had so much bad luck. what have i done to deserve it?!?! hope you get your +ve opk soon

milly5 hope you are ok, i'm no where near my edd but dreading it. hope the clomid works for you.

ferrals4 that is a tough decision to make there. maybe just talk it through with dh, good luck on deciding what you want to do.

Cookie36 and Hosebeastess sorry for your losses. Hope you take some comfort in posting in this forum x

eliselouise85 you are only human, and everyone has times when they have to let their feelings out. hope you feel better now after the wedding.

ric hope your cycles settle back to normal soon. have you tried vitex? i am taking pms essentials by nature's own which contain vitex and other stuff to try and sort my cycles out. maybe give this a try?!

budgi is this your first af since m/c as lots of people say the first one after m/c is much heavier than usual, and can pass clots. i know how you feel about feeling sad and ripped off, and try to do things to help pass the time and not dwell on my m/c. i could see i was getting more and more depressed and introverted, but i am trying to stay positive.

afm, counting down till i hopefully get my af on friday then we can start ttc i am surely due some smidgen of good luck.

Budgi my first AF after MC was just as heavy and painfull as MC itself. Was a terrible reminder. It's your bodies way of starting fresh, even though your mind might not be yet X
Take one day at a time, and have love and patience for eachothers different greiving process. Getting prof-support is a good idea X
Each of us here have some sort of idea what we are each feeling and going through, but men can be very hard to read, they don't talk about this stuff to their mates like we do X

SPF.....lordy lord our boys are trouble!

Hi all,Ric-Sorry your cycles are mixed up,hope they get sorted soon.i agree with craftymummy about the opk, wait till the test line is darker...Craftymummy-my fs said wait until see darker line ,bd that night, miss a night, then the next night bd again,he told me he thinks i depleted dh swimmers last time i saw him,as my dh is getting up(no pun intended) in years ,like me...Eliselouise-no chance of you being forgotten, sorry to hear youve had a rough weekend, nothing to feel silly about,i think it's healthy to get emotional than holding it in too much, glad your sister was supportive.i've find going to councilling helps me,i think their trained in a way that they help you open up.I also go to support groups, sids & kids and bears of hope have pregnancy loss meetings. The links should be on their site, also i found sids & kids 24hour telephone helpline really helpful.Naturpath sounds like a great idea as well, you can only try...Ferrals-what a hard decision for you to make, surely this thread will get some luck soon...Cookie-sorry for your losses...Murraycod-thinking about you...Greencake-fingers still crossed...Milly-we get it,it is yet another day of what should of been and it hurts, good luck with the clomid...Budgi-hugs to you & your dp.Ifind my dh deals with our loss different to me..Scarypinkfairy-Hope af co-operates,good luck with this cycle...afm-still waiting for that darker test line on 'o' stick, think my eggs are on the slow boat to china.

I think I've figured out how this forum works - the replies come in so hard and fast, you're so busy trying to keep up with everybody else you don't have time to think about your own problems.
Murraycod - he was just jealous about all the attention you were getting - I remember in the middle of of the tests and medical visits for K.T. having to race DH off to the hospital with a nose that had been bleeding for 2 hours. Only to stop the instant we went in to Triage!
Just had a scan to try and find out if there's anything left over. Hope not, otherwise it will be another d&c for me Had some tears this morning (I was hoping the random tears were done) so I'm feeling surprising peaceful right now.

Cookie that is exactly how it works!!!! Glad your feeling better after a cry, I always do. Yeah DH is a bit on the emotional side of the male gender....it's the Greek comming out in him (they cry a lot)

Ferrals that is a decent hole in your bank account. Imagine what it is going to be like as of 31stDec. You know it's really not fair, I hope I don't offend anyone when I say this and sorry if I do, but if you are on the (not going to work) side of things, we pay taxes to support the non workers and under age pregnant rabbits of the world, but when it comes time to look after ourselves....well stiff. It is not fair. Sorry guys for the rant
Just get sooo frustrated, Ferrals babe I'm so sorry you can't get to have another try, and I pray that all your strength and patience works out well for you naturally hun XXXX

Matthew'sMum go catch that egg girl, when you find it!X

ATM i'm still waiting for AF to show up, got a few niggles earlier in the day, so hopefully that it's her knocking at the back door. I'd really like to have AF by Thurs, not on Thurs cuz the cramping I get each month is very severe, I would hate to get that driving to Adelaide and back in one day (5 1/2hrs each way). Who knows, my cycles can range to 34days so time will tell.

    Hi Ladies,

Thanks craftymummy, cookie, greencake, murraycod, scarypinkfairy, matthewsmum for the hugs. I was a bit better today.

murraycod - your DH story had me ROFLMAO!

Hi Budgi - my first AF post m/c was really painful too.

Ferrals - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the odds are in your favour now

cookie - sometimes the tears just pop in, seemingly out of nowhere, don't they?

murraycod - it seems strange saying hurry up AF doesn't it?

Hello to all the other ladies, and sending Babydust*babydust*babydust
