afm...well DH and I trying naturally in the hopes of a miracle before resuming IVF...chances of conceiving naturally VERY slim, but nevertheless, did OPKs this month and got a positive, along with bad ovulation pain, so at least I know I have ovulated again since the D&C, and DH and I DTD at the right times...so we are in with a chance, however slight, this month... pretty scared about the chance of an ectopic in my remaining tube (which also has adhesions etc) to be honest, but we decided to give it a go anyway
