WTH: many thanks for your reply re B6/B12 - I don't know exactly what herbs I am on, my doctor varies the composition but there are a few things that seem to be consistent, like Rhemannia and white peony (I recognized them from pictures I've seen on the Internet). They taste awful.
For all you ladies who want to be more proactive in your TTC phase: I had a very interesting phone consultation yesterday with a nutritionist from Randine Lewis' website (If you google her name, you'll find the website). It a 50 minute consultation. Before the consultation you send them tons of information on your health, eating habits and medical history. I decided to do it because the last few weeks have been very difficult in terms of emotions, and I suspect I was going through some kind of postpartum depression (apparently that happens also after m/c's, especially to women who don't have children yet). I would just cry all day and felt totally withdrawn from normal life and extremely helpless.
She gave me lots of valuable information, tips on relaxation and meditation. She said I should try and go for 30 days without wheat and dairy. I've tried that once and it made me feel great, so I will get it another shot. Also advised to take omega 3's every day and have a min 30 light physical activity like walking. Will let you know how it works out.
Oh, and I tried the Preseed this cycle! Love it
