Possum-Thanks for checking in on me darl I appreciate it. Hope you caught your eggy darl, FX for you that the cramps are not AF and is something alot cuter.......lol.....BFP maybe....hopefully....
Henri- Welcome to BB, I'm so sorry for your losses darl sending you some My DR at the time of my MC told me to wait for 3 months before TTC again as it would give my body time to heal, but in saying that I wish I hadn't cause I'm no closer now to getting UTD as I was back then. I had a natural MC though no D&C needed. I hope your stay in here is short and sweet darl and you get your BFP soon. We are all pretty open and honest in here and the ladies all give out some great advice as well.
AFM- HMMMMMM yes I did the whole POAS this morning with FMU and yep it was a still have as yet anyhow. So I'm guessing now that since my BT come back with no O I must not be going to get AF. From what I can gather from googling please correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is what they call an anovulatary cycle for me. So I will be off to the DR again next week and DEMANDING a referral to a OB/GYN, may have to put the tears on to get what I want ( thank you Minnie) lol.......We are off to see my mum and dad this week end so won't be on here until we get home again. I hope you all have a great week end and please take care all. It will be great to get away and forget about AF for a few days I'm sooooooo over this silly waiting game. MIL rang me at 5:30 this morning to ask what type of plug do I have on my car for a trailer like OMG couldn't that of waited until a decent hour, not a happy camper I hate being woken up by the bloody phone, oh and apparently now my DFs neice is UTD she is 22 and the father of her baby is nothing but a total loser and she still lives with her grand parents and never does any house work to help them out and demands that her grandmother does her washing for her.Oh yeah my life just keeps getting better and better.

Clairesmummy: sorry to hear it was bfn, maybe you are right that you really didn't ovulate this cycle, im not really sure what happens with an anovulatary cycle but i hope af comes soon for you, its the pits waiting around when you know its a bfn.i would be very unimpressed being woken at that time of the morning for some stupid reason and big hugs to you that you had to hear of another pregnancy under less than ideal circumstances. i hope you have a good weekend away with your mum and dad and can put ttc out of your mind for a while

Possum: good to hear you are well into your 2ww, hopefully you have good news shortly !

afm still having a little bit of mucousy blood on wiping, im thinking about considering its my period and starting the clomid, i was talking to my friend yesterday and even though she was ovulating on her own she had irregular cycles and the dr gave her clomid to regulate them so it might work for me the same way, guess it can't hurt........

Wow, this thread flies....... just like the good old days.

Melster - Stress can play a part in disrupting your cycles. I know it feels like an eternity, and I understand what it's like to want to be pg yesterday, but 4 months is reasonable in TTC terms. No fun for you, of course... but still reasonable according to the drs. Hang in there, hun.. try to think of each BFN as one step closer to your BFP.

Henri - You don't have to feel guilty for mourning your loss. Whether you have no other children or ten, a loss is a loss, and you need to grieve for that baby. Welcome, and I'm sorry you're here all at the same time.

Loops - Lucky 7, perhaps?? I really hope you get your sticky bub out of this, hun. I'll be stalking to see how you go. When is the transfer scheduled for??

Sorry if I've missed anyone else, having a hard time keeping up. I just wanted to pop in and check on my TTC'ers.

AFM- Well DF arrived home early from work and we got in a bit of BDing before we head off for the week end, 1 last attempt for October and to get him ready for Monday when he has his SA done.....lol......So obviously still no AF for me as yet, going to stop taking those vitamin B6s just in case they are messing with my cycle a little to much, who knows. Hi ladies

I didn't know where else to ask this.... I only just stopped bleeding a day ago from my. D&c. My m/ c though was on 5th September 2010, I have crazy lower back pain which is normally associated with my period.

Is it too early for a period, or could I be about to ovulate soon, what do you think?

I have. Opk tests. When would you start testing ? Should I wait for a period? Did you?

I didn't wait and think i ov'd 2 weeks after my M/C. I didn't have a D&C and didn't bleed more than 2 days, so not really the same as you. Sorry I hope someone more helpful comes in!

Mum2Romone - It really could be anything. Could be O, or af, or just random backpain. Your cycle could be messed up for a while after a mc. When it comes to OPK's, usually they have a guide with them that explains when to start testing. You're meant to test so many days after af, according to your average cycle length. If you were to start testing now you could go through an awful lot of them, but if they were cheapies and you have a lot, there's no harm in starting now if you want to. Sorry, that was pretty vague but there really is no rulebook to how these things work sadly.

    clairesmummy.....how u? has af arrived..

    loops...u excited about tomorrow

mathews mum....how u doing? u not so good at mo

minniemouse......hows ur bleeding going hun...is it af

mumtoromone.......i had a d@c and i made sure i took a pregnancy test to make sure it was negative and new my hormones were back down....as apparently u can get false readings with opks etc after miscarriage....so then i started using opks and i got what seemed to be a positive two weeks later and my period 28 days.....but now it seems i might not be ovulating....

Atm...well im pretty drunk ladies....i went to a girls bbq catch up and drank plenty of champas and drowned my sorrows.....got home and hubby wanted to bd.....he thinks this was the day....but i tried to explain to him im probably not ovulating and its straight after my period but i amused him anyways.........he said a real nice thing........that we should communicate more....touch more..cuddle more...massage...talk and have some fun and change the atmosphere so maybe i will o.........so cute.....and he is probably so right....i need to find a way to relax and enjoy my life instead of only living in ttc world.......to see my pregnant friend whos just announced it today at party which was hard.....but i need to be happy for her....happy that she is not going through what i am.......i know that if this is stressed related why im not ovulating......that i need to deal with it....but if its not i need to know as well.....everyone keeps telling me to just wait and see.....but i feel better going to the dr.......they dont understand what i am going through and why even a month makes the biggest dent in my heart and why the depressive feelings are becoming stronger........got lunch tomorrow with a friend so that should be nice.........u all are my end of the tunnel.........my light.......u make me feel normal......

Hope ur all having a good weekend.....sorry about my drunken ramble

Hi Henri, welcome to the thread. So sorry you have lost your baby. It's very upsetting no matter when it happens. I had a D & C for my first mc and was told not to DTD for 2 weeks to avoid infection. After that, some drs say wait til after AF to try again but others say you don't have to wait. I was told there's no medical reason to wait necessarily but it makes it easier to 'date' the next pregnancy if it happens straight away and can be easier for you: It can take a while to get your first AF after mc and if you are TTC straight away you can drive yourself nuts thinking you are pg when in fact your AF is just delayed because your body is not back to normal yet. Having said that i know that after each of my mc's i was very keen to try again as soon as i was allowed so if that feels right for you i reckon go for it! I know what you mean about having one child and feeling grateful but at the same time feeling pained by the loss of a much wanted second child. I agree: i would have found it worse if i had no child already but having said that the losses have still been pretty painful.

Melster: Lovely hubby you've got. Sounds like a good idea to try and focus on you two while you wait for things to work themselves out TTC-wise. Hope your dr has some answers for you. Will be keen to hear how your Dr's appointment goes.

Clairesmummy: Enjoy weekend away! We'll miss you!

mum2ramone: I think i was told that bleeding after mc needs to have stopped for a couple of weeks before more bleeding can be considered AF. I got some strong pains a couple of days after my 10wks of mc bleeding stopped then 2 wks exactly after bleeding stopped i got AF. SO looking back, i think the wierd pain was 'o'. Maybe that's what you have?

minnie: Sorry you are in pain. I wish i could help but i don't have any bright ideas. Are you meant to wait for bleeding to stop to start clomid? Or do you just take it at the end of your AF?

Mathewsmum: Glad you dropped in. Sorry you've been doing it tough. Hope you are getting support from family and friends.

    Loops: GL for tomorrow!

Joeve: Another day of TWW down! I've had a good idea to get myself through the months of TTC. I'm looking forward to a break at Xmas time and it doesn't feel too far away. I felt happy when i thought i might be pregnant by then cos it's not long to wait (And it took the pressure off me being pregnant by next Friday! And if i'm not pregnant by then well... hopefully not long after). Any one else got any good 'mind tricks' to survive the TWW and longer???!!!
