Use that member in September ;) LOL
Sore bust in August seemed to work so hopefully I will be lucky enough to pick a second lucky motto haha.
I don't recon I will have my own lucky motto until about end Jan/beginning of Feb when I fell pg with Angel #1 was due 19th Oct 06 and DS was due 21st Oct 07 haha, my lucky time ;)
-
Mum22-Yeah i wld defintely be asking for the progesterone bt too. Life can be pretty unfair..i wld love to have a stressfree pg like everyone else i know! Im extremely jealous! Oh well we will all get there.. i hope! :)
Kell- Im freaking out cos i read that ectopic pg's have high progesterone readings! But im sure dr wld have said something to me if that were the case! I cant believe ur dr wont give results on the phone! That sux! At both my gyno and normal dr the receptionists always give me the results! And if theres any probs the dr then calls me. It is going to be a looong weekend! Are u working?? Try and enjoy urself. Monday will be here in no time at all :)
Loops- Yes i think headaches is a symptom! Ill try and find the page later on which has all the early pg symptoms on it and put the link on this page.. there are so many! Im sure at any given time of the month we cld probly have half of them! haha. Good luck tho. I hope u have to have a sober night tomoro nite! ;)
Damprye- Oct must be ur lucky month! Lets hope ur utd before next yr tho FX!
Oh and girls what is MSU???!! And why have i not heard of it?!! Am i missing something? :)
Minnie- U poor thing having to wait 36 days for af! Did u end up getting any maca??
AFM- Just about to go and pick up my girl from the vets.. got her desexed today.. :( sniff sniff. She will be getting lots of cuddles tonight! And so will my dh when we finally arrives! He was meant to be back yesterday but got delayed.. still waiting patiently! :)
-
Kellie - Yay for your sore bust in August :) I'll explain how today went in my 'me ramble' at the end.
Possum - I did get some nice prezzies.. it was lovely. So relieved to hear your ordeal is finally over. You were so brave, I know I've said it before but your strength through it all was just amazing. I'm not sure what the ethics are on accepting a new job then getting UTD... I mean, as you said, you can't put your life on hold forever. Perhaps you could pass it off as an 'it just happened' kind of thing, and nuts to them if they're angry about it! I say go for it. There's nothing wrong with wanting to get pg and wanting to work somewhere you're happier. Enjoy your break and bring on October!
Dory - I managed to resist the urge to flip the bird.. lol. I was gracious, and am proud of myself for making an honourable exit. I'm looking forward to the lack of uninvited advice. :) You're getting so close now, I'm so excited for you!
Mum22 - Stop temping! It's more stressful than anything. Minnie is right, the result is already set in stone, and temping is only going to make things hard for you. Try to just enjoy every day you're pg, and relax. (easier said than done, I know.) About the BT results, I did some googling and found this. (RESIST THE URGE TO GOOGLE... Let me do it for you :) ) For where you're at You're above the level for 'low hcg', and just a touch under 'average'. Don't forget though, you tested early, so this is an early result, hun. You're fine! Trust in your doctors. I know it's hard. Honestly it's not so much the number, but the rate at which it increases which is important. (As Reet said) Hang in there! Everything is ok. Sending you some sticky vibes to help you through this rough time.
Minnie - I don't think I exactly enjoyed my day, but rather just got through it. I think the slogan for September should be - Sausage Sizzling September. I couldn't think of anything that rhymed well with September. I guess you could also try 'High Temperature September' It kind of flows... Hmm. I'll have to ponder this one!
Glen - It can be hard to measure stress, and its ability to impact your TTC efforts. Every person is so different, and have different thresholds for stress. As long as you aren't tearing your hair out, crying on a daily basis and feeling like your heart's going to jump out of your chest, I think it's ok. We all have a low-level background hum of stress.
Loops - I wonder if a + saliva test is the same as a + OPK when it comes to pregnancy. I wish I had some OPKs left so I could take one and tell you if it's positive! That's an interesting thought though. Let's hope you're right :)
Reet - I'm going to be the little devil on your shoulder whispering in your ear and say DO IT! QUIT! Haha.. :) It's so good to hear you're feeling calmer, I've been sending you relaxy vibes. And your test results are AWESOME. Could it be twins? :D Oh and I don't really get sore bbs this time around, it's more just scratchy feeling nipples. I keep testing them to make sure they still hurt, LOL. Keep me posted how things are going!
Argh, DP is ready for me to pick him up from work, will be back later to finish my ramblings. hehehe...
-
Reet Mid Stream Urine. It is just a urine test, supposed to collect the middle part of the wee stream hence the name :) He he. You will have continual MSU testing throughout pregnancy each time you see a midwife they will test it with a strip and if the strip shows anything then it will be sent off to the lab for thorough testing.
-
Glenglen- Hang in there time wont take long to pass if you keep yourself busy and try not to think about O'ing until it gets closer. I know it's hard but I truly find keeping my mind as busy as possible is a huge relief in itself. Good luck with catching your egg, hoping your chookies come to the party. Keep your chin up darl.
Loops12- Bet your DH is going to work everyday with a huge smile on his face with all your DTD...lol.....I hope you catch your egg darl, FX for you.
Reet- Feeling a bit better today don;t feel so dead on my feet, and congrats on your BT results they are great.
Kell- Good luck with getting your results back hope all is going great for you and your PG. And I never knew about the progesterone level, I must try to remember that for next time.
AFM- Not much happening today feeling better thank goodness, and I'm now officially 5DPO...lol.....had a sort of tight feeling on and off today in my pelvic type area right about where I get my O cramps, don't usually get AF cramps any more. Not sure what that is about. Still having those dreams of having a baby last night but last night it was a freaky type dream it was my baby but my sister was having it and I know for a fact my sister won't have any more children...lol....these dreams make me feel like a scatter brain.....lol....
-
mum22: actually you shouldn't be having continual msu in your pregnancy, i have never had one done and wouldn't expect one unless i had symptoms which required one. *some* places will do a "dipstick" test each visit but then just chucks the urine out unless it the test shows something, again i never had my urine tested as a routine thing on antenatal visits
-
I did at every single midwifery visit.....I had to take the sample in and hand it over and they would dip in it every single time and 9/10 times it would be sent off for culture anyways and I would never hear back re the results....I figure they woulda called if it was bad half the time and I always knew if I had a UTI. I have just had one when I went to the Dr this week for HCG BT maybe it is different in every hospital/town??? Yup, I get sick of weeing in a cup during pregnancy ;) I might book in at your hospital :) He he. No, seriously every time I went to my Dr I was expected to do a urine sample then too, and it wasn't just me at the hospital they had a room set up for the purposes of processing urine and blood pressue and there would be 15 odd spec jars sitting on the table with names on them....poor nurse, she woulda felt like she stank of wee after an hour in there ;)
-
Clairesmummy - thanks, i've got my egg catching net at the ready for next weekend ;)
i don't know why i bother OPK testing as we are BDing PLENTY at the moment "just in case" and probably also because i'm a bit needy (to feel loved) at the moment. my poor husband. all his friends (all with kids - jealous!) have the opposite problem so aren't very sympathetic to his complaints about him being tired and me jumping on him... ha ha ha.
Reet - are you finding that your fur babies are getting lots more love from you since you've started TTC? i know my little guys are... my hubby even had them on the bed last night for a little bit... let's not make that a habit please.
Forshelby - yes you're right about the background hum of stress... if it wasn't TTC it would be a newborn baby i guess !? lucky us - we get the stress of both in succession :)
All - how do you answer the question "so when are you going to have a baby/another baby?" I found it secretly amusing when we had just started TTC but now i sometimes feel like snapping "you are old enough to know better than to ask that question!" or just answering "we did get pregnant and the baby died"... it annoys me the most when it's asked publicly by people you don't know that well (eg. workmates).
hugs to you all
-
mum22: you made me giggle at your comment "its not just me" i had a vision of them saying oh look here comes mum22 lets get her to do a urine sample lol
there a fair bit of research of these things but i have worked in clinics that test all urine and i know of some who don't do it, certainly not as routine anyway, seems a waste of money to send most of for testing for no good reason, having said that i hope your hcg is going up and you are soon peeing into a yellow top jar at every antenatal visit lol
-
Glen- LOL- love the egg catching net response that cracked me up, love it. I bet your husband would be complaining more if he wasn't getting to DTD....lol.....I can see all his mates now would be totally envious of him... Oh and I feel for you with the questions about when are you going to have another bub...just on a month ago now my DF was asked how I was going with my PG and we lost the bub back in April,MIL was asked to keep it to herself but no she didn't and DF had to tell 2 ppl we lost the bub and it started my downer again. So next time round I have convinced DF not to tell anybody until after the 12 week mark.
Mum22- I had to do a lot of MSU tests as well when I was PG with my DD every visit but I think that was because I had Gestational Diabetes and they were keeping an eye on my protein levels. I was so over peeing in a cup...lol....
-
Me too i had gest diabetes as well always peeing in a cup and im back peeing again not that i mind
got my early scan booked for monday morning the 30th of august - be almost seven weeks so hopefully see a beautiful heartbeat
i have to drink 500mls and hold my bladder eekkkkkkkkk sounds like torture :o
Yah forshelby no more work for awhile just relax and bake a bubba. you left with your dignity that's great i would have ***** slapped her on the way out hehe:p
Reet no more googling stuff hun wont be an eptopic im sure that bubba is snug and implanted in your womb ummmmm i think it can mean twins though maybe you have TWO beans growing in there :)
sorry to everyone i have missed babydust to all xoxoxoxo
-
i had gestational diabetes too but no peeing in a cup for me lol im starting to feel i missed out !
forshelby: good you day was ok, you musy be relieved its over now
reet: i'd say with clomid it is more likely twins than ectopic ! (although i think they say its only a 7% chance, but did happen to my friend)
oh kellie im already feeling your pain of having to hold all that fluid in your bladder, i found it so hard to drink especially when nauseous !
-
So were all in agreeance twins for Reet :p
-
Wldnt my hcg levels be higher tho if it was twins??
-
Ooh i'd love twins!
I'm Sorry, don't have time for persies, it's dinner time and i had a big nap earlier so i have alot to do now!!
Waiting for AF to arrive, Due today. Still BFN's though so i don't know what's going on.
Damprye, 'Use that member in September' is awesome!! haha
BBL xx
-
my fantastic mummy just told me that she had a miscarriage right before she got pregnant with me, which is lucky as otherwise i wouldn't have been born.
i've never through about it like that.
weird way to think about it but hard to argue with :)
-
Glenglen - It depends on who's asking the question. If they're particularly abrasive about it, tell them the truth, and shut them up for good. Otherwise, you can be vague and say a number of things. 'when we're good and ready' 'soon' 'when are YOU having a baby?' LOL.. be creative with it. I know it's irritating but people mean well. I guess they're only asking because they're interested in what's going on in your life, however frustrating their questions may be.
Kellie - Yay for having a scan date! I'm confused though... I had to drink A LITRE of water and hold it for an hour... wtf. Now that was torture. I was dancing at the counter and the receptionists thought it was very amusing. Turns out I had to have an internal scan anyway and had to empty my bladder for that. Just my luck! All that drinking, holding and jigging around for nothing. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
Reet - Your levels are pretty high..... hmmm. I'm wondering if I've made another prediction, LOL. Let's see!
Stoked - Hoping for a BFP for you, hun. It ain't over till it's over.
AFM, Yesterday was a very emotional day. I don't know if it was the fact it was my last day at work, or the circumstances which caused me to quit.... or the pregnancy hormones.... but WOW. I made it to about 10am before I started to blubber. It was kind of funny though, the boss brought out some cheese and crackers for us all to 'celebrate' and I got all emotional. I was crying and laughing hysterically at the same time. He came out of his office and asked if I was ok, and I just giggled and said "this cheese is making me all emotional! Don't bring out anymore food, whatever you do!" We all had a good chuckle at that. Anyway, once I started, I had a hard time stopping, and spent the rest of the day intermittently bawling. I didn't mind though, I just went with it, and got through the day as best I could.
There was a lovely 'presentation' for me in front of the whole staff, (which amazingly I managed to keep a dry eye for) and the bosses made nice speeches, thanked me, congratulated me, and just made me feel all special. Uh oh I think I might cry now thinking about it.. LOL. Everyone chipped in and bought some lovely gifts for me, so I was very spoiled. It almost made it harder having everyone be so nice and caring. There was a massive card signed by everyone, and during my little thankyou speech I just said "you know i can't read this now or I'm going to cry!" I also said to my closer colleagues later "This would be easier if you'd just be b**tches for the day..." LOL.. all in all though it was a good day, just very emotional. When it came time to go home, I was doing fine, holding it together, and then one lady in particular hugged me and said how sad she was and the facade cracked again. So I left a total blubbering mess, and everyone looked so sad. Thing is, I wasn't even that sad...... it's a relief that it's all over, but I feel kind of like I'll be lost without a job to go to. 4 years is a long time, and it's hard to imagine not going in every day anymore.
Anyway, enough ranting from me... like I said, very emotional. DP said some lovely things last night like that we are one now, and his money is mine. He says he wants me to take what I need, and buy whatever I want and have fun while I'm not working. He is just the greatest. I'm still a little uncomfortable about just taking what I want, but I agreed to get what I need, under the condition that I can tell him what I'm doing and how much it will cost first. Baby steps. :) I'm going shopping this morning and he told me to buy whatever I want and enjoy the last of my own money. I think I should buy him a present.
So that was a lot of me-ness, but it was a very ME day yesterday, hehehe. Looking forward to spending more time in here following all of your journeys, and just relaxing and growing this bubby.
xoxoxo

hello ladies
i need ur help.....im worried
im 10dpo today and i tested and a bfn.......the only thing is ive had some blood this morning and i was shivering yesterday and have period pains today......is this implantation? my period is due tue or wed.......its too early for my period....so what is it....i think i o'
d a bit late this mth on my 16 or 17th day...........i think i have lost some symptoms as well....
sorry im just a bit scared and upset.......it feels like my period but so far its just a bit and brownish
-
Melster sounds like implantation to me sweetie!! It can happen up to 12 DPO and if it is brown it is old blood so it probably happened yesterday or the day before. My + was at 10DPO BUT it was so faded DH thought I was imagining it. Try crystal clear that came up as a + before First response did. Goodluck sweetie!!
My symptoms went away yesterday and came back this morning with vengeance where when I put a mouthful of food in my mouth this morning I almost vomitted.... So dont worry if symptoms have gone a bit as it is probably hormones playing tricks with you :) plus I think some of my earlier symptoms are to do with the progesterone rise after O so that may be it for you
-
Forshelby- Sounds like you had a very nice last day at work, apart from the tears of course. And your DH sounds adorable what a charming man, ones like him are hard to come by. We are all pretty lucky to have a good man by our sides.
Melster- Sending you lots and lots of sticky vibes and I hope it's just a little early for you to get your BFP. FX for you darl.
AFM- Well today's much the same as yesterday had a huge dip in my temp this morning though......So I don't think there will be any BFP for me this month. But hoping at least next month I will be healthy enough to DTD more often....lol.....Ah well just wait and see I guess. Hope you all have a great week end. Happy voting. lol.
-
So glad to hear that so many of you are doing so well atm :) It makes mt heart smile.
Melster- FX it is implantation hun.
For me... well I think I will not be in the TTC game for much longer. This time it is not through choice or wanting to make my body healthier... I wish it were. I believe that DP will break my heart either today, tomorrow or Monday. Considering all the pain and uncertainty I have felt while I have been with him, perhaps, it is for the best. I do not know for absolute certainty but I do belive that this is what is happening. I will still lurk because hearing all the victories really does make me happy.
-
Damprye- FX you are wrong darl and your DP may just be having a hard time at the moment. Men are usually more moody than what we are cause they find it so hard to open up and let their feelings out which is so frustrating. Keep your chin up darl and we are all here if you want to talk. Sending you lots and lots of hugs darl.
-
I just found this site guys it shows the % of women reporting certain levels of HCG and the DPO which it was reported. Certainly made me feel better so thought I would put it in here for any of us who might have some uncertainty. Reet, the top of it allows you to see levels reported for multiple pregnancies sweetie!! Click on the button. My mere 35 was a medium no for 12DPO so I feel somewhat better.
Best get off this as I need to pee again for the 50th time today.

Forshelby- Awww it sure does sound like u cried a lot yesterday! What a nice last day that they organised for u.. i bet the other staff wld have loved having a bit of a slack day too! :) And ur dp does sound lovely but ur also very lovely too! Did u end up buying him a present?? :) oh and what was ur next prediction??? i cant remember! that im having twins? i thought it was that i was having a boy!?
Mum22- Thanks for that website with the beta levels.. guess i cld be having twins! I wld love to be! Altho i dont think i wld be that lucky. And thanks for that info on MSU.. i have never been asked either to do one.. which im glad about! I hate doing urine samples at the drs! I always scull so much water beforehand just to be prepared that my sample ends up just looking like water.. its embarrassing!
Damprye- Good luck with the next few days. Maybe even if u do stay together u shld put ur baby plans on hold for a little bit anyway?? build ur relationship back up first?? I dont mean to be rude or prying into ur business either.. i just know i wldnt be able to do this without the support of a loving partner... u need to be happy.. give ur baby the best start in life. Good luck hon
Clairesmummy- I hope u do have a bfp this month but if not then I hope ur fighting fit for next months cycle.. stay away sickness! :)
Melster- It cld be implantation FX! I got an implantation bleed at 9-10dpo and i did a hpt that night and it came up positive straight away. Why are u worried?? Do ur afs normally start off with a bit of brown blood?? Good luck!
Glenglen- That is a lovely way that ur mother put it :) i believe that the same baby that was going to come to me last pg will still come to me this pg.. the little soul just needs the healthiest little body to come into the world with or the time just might not have been right :) And to answer ur question whenever anyone asks me when we are going to have a baby im just completely honest and say we're trying.. we actually lost one at the start of the year and my body is only just recovering from that.. they are normally a bit sympathetic but if u say it so it doesnt sound like u are trying to get sympathy from them its not as awkward... u can kinda make a joke and say hey practice makes perfect! If u dont feel up to talking about it to just anyone tho just say what u feel is right.. try one of forshelbys comments! :)
Minnie- Ohh u gave me a little hope that i cld have twins since ur friend did on clomid! FX! Anything changed with ur family situation lately?? Has ur relationship with ur mum and brother gotten a bit better??
Kellbell- Is ur weekend going kinda fast?? not long til monday morning! How are u feeling?
Stoked- I wld love twins too! So af showed her nasty face??? i hope not!
Boooons! Where are u and how are u feeling???
AFM- Am so tired today.. i fell asleep before and dribbled on the couch and everything! My mum came over and woke me up and told me to go and vote with her.. im kinda glad she did cos i dont think i wld have bothered otherwise.. way too tired!!
Dh got home yesterday arvo.. i had the no sex talk with him.. it didnt work haha.. once last night and again this morning.. he made it very very gentle and shallow penetration so all was ok tho.. :) think im being over paranoid but i dread the thought of seeing blood!
Hope everyone is having a lovely relaxing weekend
xxx

Melster - Sounds like implantation to me, too. You won't get a bfp until after implantation has happened. I think in about 2 days you'll get youer bfp. Hold off testing until then if you can, hun.
Mum22 - Good old morning sickness. Lovely, isn't it? Mine comes and goes, right now it's hanging around bothering me and making me feel bleh. I think I actually feel worse than in earlier weeks if that's possible. I hope yours isn't too bad, and you can keep some food down. :)
Clairesmummy - You said it, sister. He's the greatest. :) We are all lucky.
Damprye - What happened, hun?
Reet - Yeah it was a nice way to finish up. My prediction was for a boy, but then I started wondering if it's twins. Maybe twin boys? Hehe.... exciting! Tell your DH not to be selfish and respect your wishes of not wanting to DTD too much. Sorry, I think that came out harshly... but geez. I couldn't imagine DTD all the time with the way I feel right now. Queasy and bloated.. ugh. I would be SO cranky. Perhaps remind him that 'I don't feel like it' is a valid answer and he needs to accept it. Give him a porno and a jar of vaseline, LOL. You are more than a piece of flesh for him to hump!!! Ok that's my femenist rant over. LOL. I hope that wasn't rude.
AFM, had a lovely morning shopping and buying stretchy clothes. Yay! My feet are killing me though, and I think my ankles might be a bit swollen, too. I'm craving something right now, but have no idea what it is. I hate that! I need to go and scrounge around in the fridge/pantry until I find what it is I'm after. I could really go for some french onion dip right now with sour cream mixed in. Mmm... half dip half sour cream. LOL....... Ooh, or maybe creamed corn? Decisions decisions...
-
Forshelby Ms seems to come and go. Have had awful cramps all afternoon, hoping they are just normal for early pregnancy sorta like Af coming in the tummy/groin area but then I go and check and touch wood no AF. I am over soooo over peeing!! I seriously need to pee the second I have finished. But I am hoping that is a good thing and showing preg progressing....tho it starting to feel like a UTI starting....probably not it will be just that constant feeling of needing to pee. Hmmm, terriffic, hey. Other than that I am actually feeling pretty good. That worries me tho.
Reet I am hearing you re the fearing the sight of blood, I am forever feeling like it is happening again...
-
Mum22 - Get some cranberry juice just in case... UTIs are so horrible. My last one landed me in the emergency room peeing blood. Sorry for the TMI there! Oh and I had to move house the very next day. The horror! I can't say I have the frequent peeing this pg..... it's strange. I seem to get it at night though when I'm trying to sleep. Of course! Relax and enjoy your pg, hun. There won't be any blood until that bubby comes screaming into the world. :)
-
Reet- I remember being like that when I was PG with my DD I would fall asleep at the drop of a hat...lol.....got a chuckle bout the drool on the couch though....obviously you were in a very deep relaxing sleep...lol....So sweet that your DH took it easy on you last night and this morning...lol....how sweet is that.....
Forshelby- Go the sour cream and dip I never would of though of putting them together, I love sour cream and lots of it....I must try it with the dip one day though....lol.....
AFM- I think after doing a bit of net investigation I may have had a wrong reading in my temp this morning as my nose was blocked big time and I kept having to breathe through my mouth, I'm not good at holding my breathe at all...lol.....I did another temp today while sitting down and relaxing for awhile and it was fairly high so not sure see what tomoro morning brings me. But my temp is certainly higher than normal. hmmmmm...waiting waiting waiting waiting I'm now 6DPO. How early do early symptoms start if you are PG??????
-
Dampyre - big hugs hope you and DH come through okay
Mum22 - good site on the hcg i soooo want to know what mine is
Reet - twin boys sounds cute! i hope there are two in there for you wouldn't that be so exciting. when is your scan??
LOL at the drool
Clairesmummy - when are you going to test? are you testing early you could be the next BFP in here!!!!
ummmmm Forshelby never had french onion and sour cream im so getting some on the way home tommorow. sounds yummo
Hows your first day as Stay at home mum to be? monday will be strange for you i reckon not having to go
my DP hasn't got anything for about two weeks now hes surviving im too scared yet that it will damage something. he seems to understand plus im sooooooo tired i dont have the energy. he was pretty proud and excited about his "boys" doing there job hehe arnt they funny :p
Ive got morning shifts this weekend so keeping busy till mon morning i ......
I feel  tonight yippee who knew a person could get excited over morning sickness (evening sickness lol) :leap:
and my eyes are falling out of my head ill be back tomorrow night have a lovely Sunday girls
-
Forshelby- Did i make that sound like he was being really pushy?! Oops! He so wasnt.. we were having a giggle about it.. it wasnt a stern talk on my behalf and then he went and raped me or something! Im not feeling sick so theres no issues there.. i think majority of women do still have sex when pg, i asked my dr after my m/c if having sex whilst pg increases chances of m/c and she said defintely not.. its just an emotional thing.. if u cant handle it dont do it. Like i said tho, my dh was very very gentle and he defintely didnt beg me for it or anything.. I caved after our very first cuddle when going to bed ;) I know if i told him that i really didnt want to have sex there wld be no ifs or buts.. he wld defintely respect my wishes. So dont worry! It was actually a really nice night/morning :) im so happy to have him home again!
Clairesmummy- Ooooh i think ur onto something! Wait maybe 4 more days and test.. maybe?? Or longer if u can! Symptoms can start once implantation has occured.. thats when ur hcg levels start going up. Good luck!!! Oh and my dh is really sweet.. from how forshelby took my comments he didnt sound too sweet tho! it might have come out wrong but we dont see each other much..gotta make the most of the time we do spend together! ;)
Mum22- I have had heaps of cm at the moment so im always running to the toilet expecting there to be heaps of blood.. (TMI!) thank goodness there hasnt been any! Ive been feeling a lot more calm lately.. i think i was really scared around af time thinking it wld still come and just wash the baby away. Af was due for u today wasnt it? Or maybe yesterday? I hope u dont get a UTI.. That wldnt be nice at all. Drink heaps of water.. altho it does sound like ur already peeing enough! Are u going to come across to the bb group?? :)
AFM- I had to do another hpt lastnite.. i just had too! The line came up super fast.. way way sooner then the control line and way way darker then it too. It was so exciting to watch! Dh agreed that it defintely wasnt like that when we were 6 weeks pg and tested for the first time. Praying that this is defintely a sticky baby! :)
Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend.. i defintely am! :)
-
forshelby: good to hear work was nice to you on your last day, you will enjoy being off work now, i understand what you mean about having to get used to the change in not having our own income, i would earn the same as dh when i worked full time (pre children) but i adjusted quickly and it didnt worry me which surprised me a lot !
mum22: hopefully those pains are just stretching pains and nothing to worry about
reet: i took macca for probably the first 2 weeks of this cycle but i also got constipated around that time so don't now if they were related, should try them again i think. the family situation is no good, i had a message left on my phone saying that mum wanted to see us before she went away (she is holidaying in europe with my brother) but no mention of an apology etc so i sent a letter saying if she didn't acknowledge that she was wrong and out of line that day (and in the 3 months since) and said sorry there would be no meeting up and that is the last i have heard (that was a month ago), she sent the kids a postcard but i didn't give it to them, its so difficult and i feel terrible but i refuse to let her seem to be the good one by sending them a card and acting all nice when she can treat me like this, havent heard from my dad at all and heard no more from my brother so i have no family at all now, thanks for asking though

Reet, I had the urge to POAS being the last one I had in the house this morning in the wee hours like 3am after DD woke me up and I ran to the loo for the 3rd time during the night. Line came up straight away, darker than last time tested 2 days ago, I 'think' it was borderline darker than the control line. Like just slightly. What tests have you been using?? I have just been using FR ones?? Anyway, I was happy with that as the last time I tested (friday) it was darker than thursday which was the same day as the blood test. So surely my levels must be increasing?? Hmmmmm, interesting. Will be glad to get tomorrow over with and the results back on Tuesday. Just feel a bit like I am in limbo until then :) Reet, were you using clomid??
Melster GL
Thx Minnie
Forshelby, yay maternity clothes woohoo for you :) I have just been wearing trackies or my mat jeans I am paranoid and dont wanna squish anything in there. :)
I had some cranberry juice last night but you know I just dont think it is a UTI and more than likely just the pregnancy. It sorta feels like it but not quite and I think the sorta feels like it is the uncomfortable feeling when I need to run to the loo like right now no waiting again 2 hours after the last time I did. Went out yesterday and made sure to go before I went out and I had only been out for an hour and there we go I need to go to the loo again.....Very annoying and so very unlike me and I dont think it gets that bad with my usual UTI symptoms, so who knows???
Kell, being that your preg is more advanced than mine your numbers will be nice and high....wish I'd left it a little longer so my measly no of 35 didnt come back to stress me. I am sooo stoopid!

Woohoo for all those lines getting darker and remember Melster, every pregnancy is different hun, so don't count yourself out till the evil witch appears.
Clairesmummy, minnie, Melster and everyone else, I hope to see your BFPs soon :)
AFM- Very meish... like normal :-/ Well DP has taken our relationship status off of a social networking site we both use T_T He still has not told me it is over though but after seeing that.... Well I really do not have any doubts left now. I am seeing him tonight... if he still wants to see me that is. We were txting this morning and as soon as I mentioned that I was looking forwards to tonight... Well I am still waiting for a reply :( I am playing this whole thing out with him as if I know nothing. If he loved me, he would get that "I'm fine" means nothing of the kind. I only send it when I am not fine... he used to know that.
As for AF... Well I am still waiting. I don't know what to do with my ticker since it has already started a new cycle, but I havn't lol. I have no problem with being a single Mum. I have done it before, I can do it some more. Only difference being is that I will have more time to spend with my bubs instead of spending it with a man. I just do not want to go through the heartache while pg. With how stress affects my body, I woild surely M/C again. The night before I lost the last one, I was under extreme stress :-/ I am trying to ignore any possible pg symptoms but it is hard when I say something and then I get that sideways glance and the "Are you pg?" bomb.
I so wish DP would reply so that at least I would know if we were still going to see each other tonight. If not then I will have to ask him to meet me for a coffee today and tell him that it is over :( Well that is my me-ness.. and I will continue to try and not hyperventilate :-s

Damprye- Good luck for today, I will be thinking of you and I hope it all works out for the best for you.
AFM- Well not much happening, having some spotting this morning when I wipe after a loo trip, so no BFP for me this month here comes that aweful horrible dreaded AF. But on a good note at least this time it's not a 34day cycle, thank goodness. Feeling better with in myself though the waiting was playing havoc on me...lol....I must be the most impatient person in the world I think...lol....ahh well bring on September. Here's to better luck next month...... Hope everybody else waiting for their BFP have better luck, FX.

damprye - hoping today you get some sort of answers....this whole journey is hard on both of you's and sometimes communication just doesn't cut. I know over the last 6 months mark and I have struggled thru many serious arguments even one as recent as 3 weeks ago where he told me to f*$k off...sending you heaps of hugs sweety xoxox
forshelby - welcome to the world of lady of leisure!!! enjoy it and enjoy growing your lil munchkin xoxox
clairesmummy - yay on a shorter cycle, now here's to hoping they stay like that or your next long cycle ends in a BFP
Reet & mum22 - sending you heaps and heaps of sticky vibes and yay on the line getting darker
Hi to everyone else
AFM - had my 30th birthday party last night and not many people caught on that I wasn't drinking hehehe, just mainly my friends that were left at the end but a handful of them already knew. one good thing is that i have no hangover but i'm sure there will be a few sore heads this morn...our $400 bar tab went in 2 hrs and that was just beer, wine and softdrinks. off to get some more sleep as didn't get to bed until 1 and was up at 6:30
-
damprye: sounds like we are on a similar journey. after 3 and a bit years, (16 months of that TTC) DP and i have separated in the last few days. ttcaml is a difficult time and puts alot of strain on relationships. i think i spent too much energy trying to pretend it wasnt effecting our relationship, and not enough time trying to fix the situation. i hope that however things work out for you and your DP, may you find happiness within yourself and in your son's eyes.
-
Iona-Happy Birthday, sounds like you had a great time, you done well not to have many ppl realise that you weren't drinking. My cycles were only 26 days up until last month when it hit 34days now it seems they are 27days this month. Go figure, my body certainly has a mind of it's own lately....lol...
-
Clairesmummy - Oh yeah, you've gotta try my special dip. Mix them 1:1. And don't forget the chopped up spring onions on top. *drool* LOL... My symptoms started at around 8dpo from memory.. but they were so faint I couldn't be sure it was anything. I hope you get your 'high temperature in September'.. hehe.
Kellie - Yes! Give it a go, you'll love it. See instructions above. Hehe.. I already feel weird about not having to go to work tomorrow. Don't worry though, I'll have plenty of work around the house, this place is a shambles. Your DP sounds like mine. We're on the 'every 2 weeks' schedule right now and he's just fine with it. He doesn't really attempt anything naughty all that often now, but when he does, I'm usually ready for another go.. LOL. So glad you feel sick.. haha. Enjoy it as much as you can.
Reet - LOL, I think I got a bit emotional over your DH and his randiness. hahaha... sorry! You can't help it if you're still a saucy vixen... :D I say go for it if you have the energy! Your HPT sounds great, too. This is definitely a sticky bubby.
Minnie - Oh good it's so nice to hear you adjusted well to the change in career. :) It helps me feel more confident about it. The guilt is totally there though. Trying not to rub it in to DP that I can sleep when I want now.....
Melster - I still think it's implantation, hun. FX!
Mum22 - Yay for the darker line, and the frequent peeing.. haha. I got some more stretchy pants etc this weekend cause my belly is just so bloated it's crazy.
***Excuse me, DP has chips... I'm going to where the chips are***
Ok. Where was I?
Damprye - :( That's no good, hun. No offense, but it seems rather cowardly to de-relationship you on a social networking site before even speaking to you about it....... what is he, 12? Ugh. Sorry, I think I'm getting emotional again! Some men seem to think that avoiding the hard conversation makes them less accountable, but the truth is, they only come off worse for not being a man about it and facing their problem head on. And I like your idea of telling HIM it's over. His behaviour is really unacceptable for someone who's meant to be TTC with you! I'm so sorry for what you're going through. I hope it all works out for the best. Sometimes it doesn't matter how hard you try, things just fall apart. Feel free to PM me if you need a good vent. I've got lots of time on my hands now, and lots of time to listen. :) I hope you're ok.
Iona - :) Yay for being a lady of leisure. Though I think until I finish catching up on all the stuff I let slide while working fulltime, it'll be 'lady who does the housework at her leisure'. :D Happy 30th Birthday, too! Your ticker made me giggle with the flipping people off part. I love it!
Kezzy - So sorry to hear you've separated from your DP. We're here for you if you need a shoulder. I have two. :) Hugs, hun.
AFM, I'm really not sure what to do with myself tomorrow! Except boring things like laundry, vacuuming, and general tidying. Maybe I'll bake a banana bread or something equally yummy to reward myself when I'm finished with the chores. Mmmm...
