OK, tried to go to the live chat, and it's asking for my password. When I put it in, it's saying invalid, and when I click on "forgot password" it doesn't do anything! Will try again....

Do I have to make a new account if I've never been in the chat room before? Or should my regular BB account work?

I have this vauge feeling that you need to register seperatly

I used this on the 1st of the 1st this year and can not remember much about anything from then, it was the day I lost my second angel.
