    Wink I'm Obsessed - HELP!!!

    Hi Girls.

I'm really struggling during this TWW. I haven't got a coverline yet, cause I have had some pain in the a$$ temps that have been really low. I am pretty sure that I Oed on CD15 or CD16 cause all my signs and symptoms line up for those days. But I read a book that talked about visualising and how it can be helpful to convince your body to be UTD, but I am waking up in the middle of the night an imagining it and I am thinking about it constantly and I can't think about anything else. Ahhhhhhhhhh!! I am planning on having a BT on Thursday (7DPO) to see what my prog levels are so I can decide if I need the pesseries this month or not, and secretly praying that there will also be some hCG registering at that time, as my BT referral is for prog and hCG!!!! So I figured that coming back to BB couldn't hurt. Maybe it would even help?? Who knows??

Have been following everyone a little bit over the last couple of weeks, and it was horrible to hear what you have been through Ruthie. I really hope that everything works out well for you. Perhaps you could try the positive visualisation?? Take care hunny

That is a beautiful photo of your little bubba, AJC. How lucky you are!

Chappas - Hope everything is ok with DH.

KL - What was with the sly BFP? Where was all the bells and whistles? I'll be ordering fireworks for mine when it comes!! Congrat honey. :woot: How did you find out so early??

Jen - I think that you can read them after the 3 mins (even though it says not to). I'd mark it as a +ve - but that's just me. Especially if the following ones are getting lighter and not darker.

EmmyKate - We tried straight away too, so don't think that you are odd. I Oed 2 weeks after my 5.5wk MC, so may be you will too? I got preg straight away too, but then MCed at 4.5wks. Then the next month got a BFN and this month I am in the TWW and am holding my breath. I really hope that your stay here is nice and short.

Mollycat - Congrats on your bridesmaid invite!!

Toccara - What??? I can't beleive that. I feel so sad for you. Take as much time as you need, go to bed, get some movies, and spend some quality time with DH. Whatever you want to do. I agree with Angel - go to the ER, may be they can do something??

KL - Call your OB. You know what's best for you. If you are low on prog, they will give you some prog pesseries. Please please please!!!

Hannah - Hi and welcome. Sorry to hear of your loss. Hope your stay here is short. Good to hear that you are staying positive.

    Take care girls.
Lots of sticky vibes for those of you UTD and baby dust for those of you BDing!!!

    Hi Jade,

I think this is quite normal. It didn't happen with me, but I was only early when I MCed. It wouldn't hurt to be BDing regularly if you want to be UTD, just incase you do O?? Take care.

    Hannah - Hi and welcome!

KL - I'll just add my 2 cents worth Lose the thermometer hun or you'll do your head in! Glad you are feeling a bit more calm, and hang in there

Toccara - I hope you have gotten some help and that everything is OK with you

Jade - I waited for 6 weeks for AF to arrive after my mc last year, it's totally normal but sucks when all you want her to do is arrive so you can TTC again I temped so I had an idea of when to expect her if that's any help? Hope she arrives for you soon.

    Hi there everyone else

I've finished the pill today yay!! So just waiting for AF to show up now and start FSH injections soon - the waiting is driving me insane!!

    Lots of CM

I have an unusually high amount of creamy/sticky (not at all stretchy) yellowish/whitish CM today. I remember this from my first preg a couple of months ago. Although I don't remember when it started to be lots. Am I just making things up, or is this common in early early early preg?? There would be no implanation for me yet as I am only 4 or 5 DPO, so what causes the extra CM if that is indeed a sign? Cause there's no hCG running around in there yet. I have read up on FF about it, but just interested in personal stories.

Oh, it's so good to be back!! It makes such a difference writing it down instead of it running around in my head!

My Angel - Ok, so I'm breathing niiiice and deeply. I'm feeling a lot beter this afternoon, although at the risk of being spanked, my freakout did last for quite a bit longer after posting . Everyones posts definitely helped though!

AJC - It's funny, as soon as I took the temperature I regretted it! I should have just had faith in the BFP and left it well alone. Unfortunately I know that tomorrow morning I'll just have to take it again. I wish I had a chance of convincing myself not too, but I would have shocking odds at the TAB on that one, lol. If it's ok tomorrow then I think I'll be able to kick the habit

Miss Jen - I didn't have any more tests in the house, but on my way back from getting my blood taken I went to the chemist and got 2 more (different brands). I've done one today and it's still a nice BFP even though I'd just drank a hot chocolate and it wasn't FMU. It was also on a test that needs a higher level of hcg to show positive.

Hannah - COngrats on AF arriving. It's still so weird to say that, lol, but the first AF after a loss is something to celebrate for your body My DH and I didn't wait to TTC again either and we actually started trying before I got my first AF. I'm glad you were sending out positive vibes today. I feel sorry for the other girls though, because I think I caught them all and only left a few spares for the others
    Good luck!!!

PLC - Thanks for your messages! Whoever told you to stop charting must have been very smart, lol. I only stopped durig my first pregnancy when we went on our honeymoon. And even then I checked it the first 2 days back!

WTH - Thanks for your message. And in PINK too!!! Good luck with your IVF. You must be starting soon yeah?

Mannie - I've just had a quick scan of the pagan section and read a little more about the lunar cycle. Hopefully my temp will be back up tomorrow and I won't even have to worry anymore.

Joey - I WAS being a little sly wasn't I? Lol. I actually updated my chart with a BFP first and wondered if anyone would notice, but then I got impatient and added myself to the cycle list, hehehe. I was 12DPO and I used an internet cheapy test first, and when I could see something I decided to use my first response test
I wonder why your temps are misbehaving. I was looking at your chart the other day and wondering what was happening. I try visualising too, but I always start taking things too far. My acupuncturist tells me to picture a nice welcoming place for a baby to live for 9 months, so I always start thinking nice warm, comfy thoughts. But then I get a little bored and wonder if the baby would be bored too, so I think "hmmm, maybe the baby would like an xbox in there? Or a pool table?". I get totally off track!
Good luck when you get you BT results back!
Oh, and with the CM thing... I had lots the last week or so too. But I wasn't sure whether it was due to a possible pregnancy, or whether it had something to do with the herbs my acupuncturist has me on. I know she puts something in there to make me (and this is her word!!) "wet"

Jade - I know how hard the waiting is My obs told me that waiting 6-8 weeks can be pretty normal. It usually depends on how much hcg was in your body when you had your loss. I got frustrated and asked for a BT to find out how much was left in me after I had waited 3 weeks. It at least gave me an idea on how much longer I needed to wait until it would be gone. And at least I knew what was going on in my body. Could you ask your doctor for a blood test?

Megsmum - After tomorrow morning I think I'll take your 2 cents!
Yay for finishing your pill course. Again it's weird to say... but I hope AF comes soon for you! Good luck when you start the injections. I hope you don't have a needle phobia!

AFM - Ok, so I continued to freak out for a while longer. I went to get my blood taken and the girl was super nice. When I asked how long for the results she said usually 2 working days. So I asked her if it's possible for me to get my ob to ring in to add the prog test and if he might be able to get it marked as urgent. I said it was because I was a bit terrified and explained the situation a bit, and then she goes "how about I just stick this little urgent sticker on there for you?". So sweet!

The problem is that I have been unable to contact my obs office ALL DAY!!! The phone just rings out. I even checked the numbers and everything, and all good, so I don't know what's going on. Imagine if I was in labour and couldn't contact anyone! I have managed to get an appointment with my GP for tomorrow at 4pm, and I'm hoping that it won't be too late.

I've also taken another pg test. It was a pregnosis one that needs at leat 25 IU/L (the others I used were only 10IU/L), and I didn't use FMU, and it still came up positive. That's a good sign yeah?

I've put it in my gallery. Here is the link

Please tell me they are looking good?

KL - Glad to hear that you are feeling better after your little 'freik out'. And glad that the BT lady was nice to you. I will learn from your experience and stop temping as soon as I get my BFP. I think that I will give my thermometer to my DH and ask him to hide it somewhere, or better still, take it to work and put it in his draw!! It's good to hear that the HPT shows a nice fat BFP without FMU!! I looked at your picture BFP, yay!! I did notice your BFP on your chart, but was 'having a break' from you girls at that stage, so didn't log on. I was doing cartwheels inside though! Maybe I could fit an x-box in there, but a pool table?? Hmmm. I'm not THAT big!! I'm going to a "Deep Relaxation" course tonight at the Relaxation Centre. I have pre-purchased (thanks to mum) a book of ten sessions, so you can go when ever you want. I am planning on going at least once a fortnight. I am hoping that will also help.

Jade - I too had blood tests every 2 days until I got down to a hCG reading of 2. That way I could see my progress, and it wasn't a guessing game. If you have a helpful Dr, he should be able to give you a handful of BT referrals so you can just go as you please.

AFM - Nothing new since a couple of hours ago!! The addict is back! And I feel sooooo much better and settled inside now. WOW! Off to Relaxation.

    Thanks girlies, you're the best!!

krystie ..... they are outstanding bfp's - good work! Unfortunately you are now entering the 8ww and it's going to feel like a very long road until you pass 12 weeks but you CAN do it - just breathing is really the only thing at this stage! Hang onto all of your positivity from yesterday when you were determined to enjoy every minute of this pg ... last time I was pg I stopped temping but kept poas like a maniac after I got my bfp! Whatever gets us through though I guess. And we are all here for you...

AFM - AF is here! Never thought I'd be so happy to see the old witch show up.... my body felt very out of whack after this d&c and was really worried as I had had bleeding/spotting almost the entire 5 weeks since. Today I feel really positive and it certainly does feel like a new beginning. DH and have decided to pretty much ttc, though not too manically this month but still... why not?

So I unveil for your viewing pleasure my chart and ttc ticker below The ticker is one day out because the ticker site wouldn't let me have 8 Sept as the first day of lmp as it's in the future (crazy Americans!). I'll fix it tomorrow...

    I'm back!!

    Love, hugs and

    xx

Tina - So happy to hear you are past 12wks!!

Jenushka - Welcome back chickie. Great to have you back. I have added your chart to my internet favourites, so will be stalking away!!

AFM - Relaxation for me was great. Thanks for the tips KL. My little bubba has a nice think doona in there and a sheepie!!

Jenushka - I agree with the "crazy americans" statement for 3 reasons:

    1. It wouldn't let you live in the future with your ticker.

    2. At around 2-3pm in the afternoon my ticker adds a day prematurely because the American site doesn't let me choose my time zone!

    3. Because they kicked Will of So You Think You Can Dance and I haven't been interested in watching it since!

Anyway, so glad AF is here for you and that you are (bravely) trying to conceive again. Good luck honey!!!

    Joey - Don't forget a plasma screen!!!

Fab 2/3 - Just wanted to thank you both again because I loves you both

Good morning lovely ladies! I have SO much to catch up on since I posted last! I didn't even get to finish yesterday's persies, because DF stole my computer last night!! Will have to go back a few pages, so it may take me some time, but I'm convinced I can get it done!

Woo hoo! Just want to start out by saying that I got my coverline!! :woot: That first OPK I did must've been a positive! And I O'ed on my EDD, so I'm really hoping that my angel baby was watching over me and will send me my miracle BFP!! As far as BD'ing goes, I think we got all the bases covered this month... even got a high conception score again--but this time got some the day after O, as well, and in all the other mo's of TTC, we never got any BD'ing in on that day....so hopefully..... I've decided that I can't just let Krystie be all alone in a belly belly group, so she's keeping a warm place for me there!

Ok, going to read thru the posts real quick.... be back soon!
