kaib - the reason I went on Vitex was for pms - mood swings in particular. My mum bought them for me as my then partner mentioned to her that I was suffering from them. I didn't find any change in cycle at all but my mood swings got a lot better. I only realised that people take it when TTCing after I had just found out I was pregnant after trying for 9 months but had only been on them for about 6 to maybe 8 weeks and I was 5 weeks pregnant when I tested positive.

Satya - apologies for the belated response; thanks for sharing your experience with using vitex for PMS; I have the same mood swings as what you've described. I will discuss with naturopath on Thurs - my guess is that the naturopath will probably prescribe something same/similar anyway! Thanks again.
