You got that right about the insensitive comments - right after the first miscarriage, a friend who knew we were trying started goading me "you're pregnant already, aren't you?". Right after I found out about losing no 2, there was a comment on my cousins facebook joking that she was going to sell her baby. That's what I find the hardest - the people who have babies, and had a comparitively easy time with the whole process and they just do not realise how lucky they are.
