I'm so very sorry for your loss.

Its pretty much up to you when you feel ready to TTC again. But the bleeding does not count as a period and you probably won't ovulate again until your HCG levels return to 0, which can take several weeks. Some doctors will advise waiting 2-3 cycles before trying again and some will say there is no reason to wait. Waiting until after the first period will allow the next pregnancy to be dated. But really, its up to you when you feel ready once this bleeding stops.
