I m/c twins in March 2007 at 6 1/2 weeks. I asked the doc how long I had to wait and he just said go for it when I was ready (I had a great doc )

I o'ed on day 28 and was pg then and there (it only took the once) . I now have a gorgeous little man who is 9 1/2 months.

My honest opinion, everything happens when your body is ready for it to happen. If you dont fall pg straight away then your body isnt ready.
