Firstly, I am so sorry to hear of your loss.As far as ovulating goes, it really depends on each individual person. The loss you hare having now is different to a period (I think - correct me if Im wrong ladies) and some people ovulate straight away and go into a normal cycle again, others take more time. I had my m/c and D&C a few days later. I had light bleeding for about a week and then AF came back after 6 weeks. I had 2 cycles before I got pg again and we weren't actively trying. I know of some people who get pg straight away after a m/c, I don't know that being more fertile has anything to do with the m/c other than you are fertile and would get pg anyway?
Most Dr's will recommend waiting a period of time so that emotionally you have time to grieve and also so that your body can heal and recover. Having said that, like I said, I know some people TTC right away and have no problems and that is really only a decision you and your partner can make.
Good luck with it all.
