Here's the prayer that we had printed on all of our daughters' candles which were used in the ceremony -

Dearest Father In Heaven
Bless this child and bless this day
of new beginnings.
Smile upon this child
And surround this child, Lord,
With the soft mantle of your love.
Teach this child to follow in your footsteps
And to live life in ways of
Love, faith, hope and charity.

ETA - here's one that's for a boy -
A Baptismal Prayer for a Special Boy Lord,
surround this child with goodness,
lead him in Your light each day;
Let him walk the path You've chosen,
guide his steps along the way .
Teach him to trust your wisdom and obey Your loving plan;
Keep him from all harm,
and protect him as he grows to be a man .
