we gave:
no gifts for people that came - am in the process of doing thankyou notes when DD lets me - t this rate they will go out with Christmas cards!
no gift for godparents = planning on getting them something for Christmas from DD, talked about this with some people - consensus seemed to be no gift - they are there for moral, emotional and spiritual guidance, not the presents!

DD's baptism was "hitch free" and she was only 8 weeks old when we had it!
