my job is looking at other parts of the business, working out what their problems are and fixing them. I find that i do that, then my boss goes and changes evertyhing but doesn't tell me, then i get in trouble. they say in the jobs "must be able to work independently" and then when you do, you get in trouble. what's the point really. I liked waitressing, it was fun and no worry at the end of the day.
