I think the way it was explained to me is that you get 32% of sales, but they only give you 20% coz the other 12% go to stationary, like catalogues, games gifts etc.
With the account - you place the order and collect it. Sort it into who ordered what, then deliver it. At delivery you collect the money. Whoever hasn't paid doesn't receive their order until they have paid. Your account isn't due until 2wks later (I think it's 2wks, may only be one) so that you have time between when you collect the order, and deliver it to the day that it's due (usually a monday). I collect the money, deposit into a special account just for Tupperware, then pay it by card when my account is due.
I have had an issue like this. My sister had a party for me and her friend placed an order for her boss. The friend has paid me, but the boss still has not. So I still have her order. And because that account has been paid for, technically her items belong to me until she pays me. Since the party was in November last year... I don't think I'm getting the money. It was a $90 something order, so I'm not particularly happy about it. So it's mine.
