I need some advice about applying for a job outside of the education sector. Well, it is sort of within education, being at a uni however, with teaching each KSC that is advertised is covered by a one A4 page addressing the criteria.
wow, a page for each KSC? for the education department in SA, you only get ONE page total to cover the areas of relationships, curriculum, student learning and safe working environment - its so hard to sell yourself in that space limit.

When I've done other applications with about the same amount of selection criteria as you've described, I think I've done 1-2 paragrpahs on each criteria, so about 3-4 pages.
