oh we've only had it once just recently and we did the nappy off thing for an hour or so and also I wound up changing her nappy heaps more frequently and we got some special stuff from the chemist dekazin? or something like that which is for nappy rash & yeast infections, but Matilda just had the nappy rash with blisters & it helped in a few days.
