Hi!

Well, we spent the weekend house hunting...we've found a place that we both like - well I love it - it's a big 3 br house that basically the living area and rumpus area are nearly bigger than our unit! LOL! The kitchen is huge as well but as it's so big there's not a lot of outdoor space...there's nice paved entertaining area and then a bit of lawn - enough for a trampoline, cubby and swings but probably not enough to kick a football as such (how many places do these days though?)
It's 7 houses away from a primary school and a further block away is a playground and bmx track and it seems like a really quite area...dh isn't convinced though and is a bit worried about the whole thing..not so much the house itself but it will be such a big purchase/mortgage and a move thats about 45min away from family/friends etc...BUT, I think we could be really happy there and it has heaps of room in the house for everything! In fact, half of it would be unfurnished when we move in - LOL!
It needs painting and new carpets and ducted heating put in - it's been a rental - so a bit run down (they smoked in it as well!) but we have the money up front to do that before we move in so thats ok....
The biggest thing is it's in our price range!!! I think if it had been reno'd it wouldn't so we pretty much know we can make money on it as such...
Such a big decision though - tell me what you guys think - CRANBOURNE NORTH

Jen - Yeah at dh's payrise! Woohoo! Ooh I love coldplay! Sorry to hear Beau's a bit sick...No advice on a stroller - we don't use one here yet! Too many kids to push around! LOL!
Yeah...I wasn't that impressed with kmarts catalogue - I only went to bigw and the target catalogue looks really good as well!
Glad your trip went well yesterday!!

Mel - The berwick meet up was good - I got there late though and my kids just wanted to play in the playground thing though so I didn't really chat to anyone other than Cindy!! LOL!
I could only imagine springvale is way out of our price range! LOL! Yeah at getting so much done in a day! I'd be wrecked! Hehehe!
Hope you had fun at the playcentre!

Kel - Yeah that Lily is sleeping better!!! I must say in this cold weather I'm not taking the boys outside as much as I should either...It's so much easier to stay inside sometimes!! We stopped off at the park on the way home yesterday and let them have a run around for a bit which they loved of course...I also find it really hard to take them to the park cos Dylan runs off so fast and tries to run down slides etc...God help me when I have 3 - LOL!
How cute with the puppy!

Kaz - Sorry to hear your medication is causing trouble...Poor Pip getting all upset when you left him...just as hard for you too I bet!! I used to have that with Louis when I was still teaching and it was awful...Hopefully it doesn't last long!! Ooh just read your next post - he just mustn't be feeling well...poor little munchkin...hope he's ok soon!

Erin - Congrats on buying a house!!! How exciting!! How cool is a pre laybe day at Target! I wish! LOL!
Dylan feeds himself somethings..he's getting to the point where he wants to feed himself yoghurt which can be messy...I usually just strip them down to a nappy so your not forever changing clothes -much easier and if you had a soft cover on your highchair I'd take that off as well...For the amount of time they sit in it it doesn't matter and is a pain to clean...
You'll know when the time is right to have your next one...there's no rush!!
Dylan just has 1 day sleep unless it's a short one for whatever reason and then he'll have an extra in the arvo...
Ooh hope you had a nice reunion with dh!!!!

Ok...should really do something productive...but..can't...seem...to...leave...the. ..computer...LOL!
