    Reality bites Leanne!
We had Family fun Day today which is our school's major fundraiser/fete for the year, I am absolutely wrecked and have a major headache but hopefully we raised heaps of money.

Oooh Leanne was thinking about you last night!!! Glad you had a blast.

I hope you made heaps too Christine.

lol Shazz I'm so glad you're bored. You sounded like you needed a rest.

My baby did two wees in the toilet today on her own. She was so excited she dragged me in there to look and then went and woke her father up (she actually tried to take the potty in to show him before I stopped her). I think all her nastiness last week was a developmental thing. She seems fine (but somewhat naughtier) now. Bed is back to normal too. I guess when they're little their growth/development things are so close together and then you forget a bit about that stuff as the stages become fewer and farther between.
We have been taking a picnic out the last few Sundays and just going for a drive. Today we went to a localish weir. Darcy had a blast running around. Last week we went on a little bushwalk (Mummy got twice the exercise from carrying the 12kg heffalump).
Well off to get ready for the week. Running a course this week. It's my first one - wish me luck.

Hi Girls, hope everyone had a great weekend....sorry no personals, gotta get up little boy into bed (he woke up from his nap at 7.30pm!)
It rained all weekend here except for a brief period where I braved it and went shopping, then it poured as I was leaving and didn't get any groceries, only made it to Target. I got photos done today with my SIL, we both have really good camera's but neither of us have had the time to learn to use them properly so today we played around with hers.....I've uploaded a few in the gallery if you want to have a look.

shazz - well done! You are Supermum, how clever of you to be a mum AND excel at Uni!

leanne - boo hoo hoo, i wanna be you!!! Glad you had a great time, did he like your outfit??

kim - GL with the course Kim, you will be great im sure. The picnic idea sounds lovely, might have to try that one out myself. Great to hear that Darcy seems to be happier now, it is hard to remember that they still have their little developmental glitches every now and again. Woohoo on the wees too!

I have had a HUGE weekend!! Friday my Dad took Archie for the arvo so Jay and I could get the house ready for open inspection, we got 7 lots of people through, plus 1 lot this arvo, so that is positive. I had a birthday party last night. My mum had Archie from lunch time sat til late this arvo. I totally relaxed and unwound, even had a few drinkies and ended up getting my boobs out (oh dear). A mate asked me to flash him, he thought there was no way in the world i would do it, so i waited a few hours til they sung Happy Birthday, and when they finished singing i got the girls out LOL. He actually fell to the floor in shock. Did heaps and heaps of clothes shopping yesterday too, so i am feeling like a new woman atm.

Hope you all enjoyed your weekends too

LOL Leanne!!!! Thanks for the giggle.

My poor little boy is knackered tonight! After a whole week without a day sleep, he just couldn't hack it today. He fell asleep in the car, then slept on the couch for an hour, unheard of for him, so i put him in bed at 6, hope this doesn't mean he will be up at 5am though!

    Hi Shazz.

I am officially a full time working mother / housewife and now a student too.
I received a huge bundle of books and papers from TAFE yesterday.
I little daunting, but once I get in the swing of things I think all will be okay.

Other than that, all is good.
We are in the process of performance / pay reviews here at work, so hopefully some extra cash will be coming my way come July.

    Have a great day all.

Sorry all been MIA. Been trying to pack my hospital bags and do all the baby's washing (in this rainy weather has been a challenge). It is ridiculous how many bags I have to go away. I have one for me whilst residing in Mackay, one for me for Hospital, one for bub, one for Lachlan, a nappy bag. Sooo glad I am all organised now.

Well 3 weeks to go until my caesar and I move to Mackay on the 16th June, so not long now. No more contractions, so hopefully he stays put until I atleast get to Mackay as I was told by my midwife today if I went early they would chopper me to Emerald and then I would have no choice but to have a ceasar as they don't have the resources there. If they couldn't handle it there (ie: caesar - as there is a gyno who flies in every two weeks), they would fly me to Rockhampton. How annoying is that, I want to go the other way to Mackay where I have relatives and I have been seeing a gyno. Anyway hopefully none of that will happen. Crossing fingers and legs atm thou!

Had my gyno appt today and Fundal height is 37cm at 36 weeks. Bubs head is still down, my blood pressure is still fine, only a little swelling in my feet (not too bad) and heart rate in the 140's. Basically everything I have reported is what has been all pregnancy. All good infact! Lachlan's was such a different pregnancy with bad odema and blood pressure and also the clotting and bleeding problems I had with him early in my pregnancy and also his breach positioning. It is so nice to have everything go right for a change...... Only 11kg weight gain and still 7kgs off my finishing weight with lachlan and I started atleast 8-9 kgs heavier this time, so I am doing really well. Gosh I am pleased. Been so busy this pregnancy thou so NO WONDER.....

Only prob I mentioned to the midwife today was that I have been measuring my tummy around my belly button and I haven't grown at all in 4-6 weeks. She told me to throw away my tape measure. She said I should only be concerned about my fundal height and that is def fine! and to chuck away my tape measure. She doesn't understand mothers who put this extra unecessary pressure on ourselves. I had to ask the question, I am not by any means worried about him, he still belts me like crazy. But I guess this cherub has had different growth spurts to Lachlan. I was so big early in this pregnancy and now I have slowed right down, whereas lachlan I was so small at first until I hit 32 weeks and then you could see my belly and between 36-39 weeks I was huge! So that just prooves every pregnancy is def different.

Oh and also he is not engaged yet either! Just stay put little Riley for another 1.5 weeks until I go to Mackay and then you can come when you like.

Leanne: Great to hear you had a good time! Good luck with your Tafe package! You are going to be one busy girl!!

Christine: Have you moved yet? Did you end up buying?

Kim: Yay for Darcy doing wees in the toilet! Thats so nice going on family picnics! I wish Chris had some family values and did something with us

Elissa: Happy Birthday!! OMG @ getting your girls out! I'm glad I don't get that drunk anymore LOL How did you pull up the next day? Well done on the shopping too!

Sheree: Great to hear your pregnancy is going so well! I wish my bub was as co-operative as yours though and goes head down, I am getting pretty nervous now that its not going to turn in time....Not obsessed over it but concerned enough haha

Omg did I miss your Birthday Elissa. I am so sorry. Hope you had a fab day. xoxo

Tania - I hear you on the breach thing. I found out at 34 weeks Lachlan was breach (but I am pretty sure he was even longer then that too), and I thought I had dealt with the possible caesar but the scan I had the weekend before the caesar to confirm that we were going ahead with a ceasar, I was devastated, bawled my eyes out! So I don't think how much notice you are given, the realisation of it all is a bit surreal.... And the whole caesar experience was surreal, now you are pregnant now you are not, all within a 5 min period.... Just bizaaa..... hopefully the cherub will turn for you... but at the end of the day lachlan was very happy and content to come out running, I don't think anything was going to turn the little cherub!

Ohhh and I think I deserve a good pregnancy and a good baby - are you hearing me up there lol!!!

    So quiet in here!!

Sheree: You definitely deserve an easy pregnacy this time round! I'm not sure how I will be if I have to have a caesar, I don't want to birth a breach naturally if I don't have to but I don't exactly have a great support person at home either so recovery won't be easy with a newborn and a toddler and no help from Chris. Anyway I'll cross that bridge when and if it happens.

I had heaps of fun having those photos done last weekend we are doing some more this weekend. Unfortunately Chris won't be in any of them again seen as he has very little family values. I want to try and get some good ones with Jayden in them. I want to have a go at taking the photos too as I'd love to earn a bit of money on the side with photography....might even make enough to just do that!

    Hope everyone is well
