Thanks Jen...we've sat down tonight with a list of 5 places to look at on Saturday...a few look pretty good although most are another 5-10min further out...so not what I want to do but oh well...We're just too fussy!

Well, we might be having real estate dramas but I'm grateful that Dylans cruising along at the moment!!! Sleeping well, eating well and just generally his cheeky self! One thing to be grateful for thats for sure - LOL!!!!
