Jen, once a week? I think I might be able to manage that! I'm finding that even doing the washing up is a bit much for me ATM because I have to leave forward over my belly and that makes me breathless and my back hurts! I don't think I got this big even at the end with Ben!
Ben doesn't say no, he says "Nup!" Hehe, that just shows how terrible his parent's slang/pronunciation is huh?
It's even hotter today isn't it? If we didn't have aircon, I think I would have gone to a shopping centre to hang out today!

Kel, I'm with Jen. Use one of those 3hr breaks to take in a movie or just vege. The housework is ALWAYS going to be there waiting for you and it's never finished anyway. Our house looks like a tip more often than not these days but I just don't have the energy to pick up Ben's cars for the 14th time in a day and we ALWAYS need to vacuum and mop thanks to the dog. I've just learnt to let go - and I do it so well
Maybe you should try cutting Lil back to one sleep during the day? Ben's now starting to sleep a little later and taking a more 'normal' daytime sleep rather than only being awake for a couple of hours before his morning nap. Stopping work is having some major perks!!!

The room is being painted!!! DH has been washing walls all morning and has almost finished taping up the alcatraves. Painting will start either today or tomorrow. Hopefully it will only need one coat too. Yay - I can move my boy into his big boy bed at long last!!!

    YAY LIL!!!!!!

Jen - sounds lovely, that lake of yours. hehehe on the "pretending to fold" when there's nobody there to pretend to!!!

DG - I was like that with Pip, horrid isn't it.

Was reading "how to raise a happy child" today and it stated that a "good mother won't have a tidy house" I must be the most excellent mother ever!

(actually, I'm pretending to clean my closet but am lying on the bed with the cat)

We had a breakthrough! Pip keeps saying "uck" and "duck" and "ruck" and last night I worked out he's tyring to say "patrick"!!! He was pointing at photos of himself saying "ruck" and it clicked for me!!! Man I feel stupid, he's been saying it now for a couple of months!

We're on the mend, back to work and CC on Monday. Took Pip to see santa today but lots of crying
    Have a great day all!

Ick what a foul day....DH playing golf all day and Beau only slept 25min - I just locked myself in the bathroom (and had a big cry after DH said he was going fishing in the morning) and DH put Beau to bed, only for me to turn off the shower and hear Beau crying (prob cause I do it EVERY night)...he is still whinging now, I am prepared for him to stay there as I have had a massive crank on my hands crying at everything since 12;30 this afternoon.....how will I ever cope with two? Sheesh, sometimes I feel like the nanny.
Anyhoo....Congrats Kel on Lil sleeping thru, at least you only had to juggle one in the middle of the night!
Kaz - Glad to hear you sounding brighter, LOL at Pip and trying to pronouce his name. Bless him!
Dis - Yay on the painting. Mmm life with toddlers and dogs = gross floor 24/7! I hear ya!
Discovered beau likes having his bare back tickled today, when I would stop he would say "gain!"
Anyway should go and show my face x
