    Hi Girls,

Well this is my second day on my own and to be honest I'm struggling a bit. Lily is sick again for the millionth time in 6weeks or so, so is a clingon and just whinging all day, and Liam is being a bit difficult today. I have all of about 6hrs sleep in the past two days and I'm soo buggered. When one's asleep the other is awake, so I'm not getting anything done. Ugh this sucks.....and I don't want to go out because Lil's sick. I was supposed to have a friend over yesterday and go to playgroup today, but I can't cause of her. I've been cooped up in this place for too long!

Anyway enough whining, sotta go Lil's whinging at the fridge for no good reason.

Kellie I'm sorry lil's sick again. Sounds like you're having a real tough time right now. I think you need to ask someone for some help... can you ask your mum to either come over & watch the kids for a few hours while you have a sleep & if you want to, catch up on some housework. Or could you take the kids there & go home for a rest on your own? I'd offer to come over tomorrow & give you a break but I'm still recovering from this flu & would hate to spread it!
    Take care hun, big hugs

not again kel ??? poor lily and poor you .. 6hrs sleep is not enough , im worried about you .. if i was near you i'd come help give you a rest ... i hope you get some help soon , ask some one ..
i always hated asking for help .. but now i dont bat an eyelid at it .. my mum is the 1st person i ask .. usally she is the last buecause i hate her seeing me not coping .. but i still pretend im fine
and sorry danielle .. that last thing kel wants to do if she gets a break is catch up on house work .. but i kwym ..

now that dh is back at work i am doing worse than i thought i would .. too many expectations on my self .. i thought that i could hang out with nix while gab sleeps and then get the cleaning done inbetween .. but little did i know that gab never sleeps and is cranky , nix has hit the terrible 2's and has hit them bad ... his tanturms are horrific and the cleaning gets forgotten about .. and dinner is thrown togeter 2 secs before i have to leave to pick up dh ...

i tried to clean and tidy the other day .. i job too me over 5 hrs to finally finish .. and all it was , was clearing the bench ..

so i hired a cleaner , once a fornight for 3 hrs ... she comes on a monday and will do it all for me !!! yay ...

well my mum told me this sad story about a mum in a 4wd driving one way and 2 ppl in a van coming the other way .. the 4wd had a screaming baby in the back and the mum turned to check on the bub and veered to the other side of the road straight into the van coming the other way ..

as yet there are no fatalaties BUT the 4wd mum is in a stable condition and the lady driving the van is in a serious condition .. with a leg amputaion looming over her ... the baby is ok as far as i know .. the the 2 ladies are not so good , the passenger in the van ran over to the mum of the 4wd and abused her , she was slumped over the s.wheel and not concious and he was livid but still went off at her .. poor fella was in shock too ..

all this happend a street away from my mums house , who lives in rural area, both cars were write offs and the women got airlifted to hosp...

now , the lady in the 4wd was my mums boss's neighbour and the couple driving the van are my mums neighbours ... the van was a mercedes benz and the 4wd i thinkg was a pajero .. so it just goes to show no car no matter what the brand is not as strudy as we think ... ]

so i went out yesterday and bought 2 maxi riders AHR and 1 infant capsule .. so when gab hits 9 kgs she can go in the maxi rider .. the infant capsule fits to 12kgs so she can be in it for a bit longer if i feel she needs to be ..

wow nix is still in bed .. woo hoo a break for me .. he had his 1st day at daycre yesterday and loved , the lady said he fit right in and even had a sleep .. omg he wont have one at home ..not fair , but i snuck in a waatched him play , he was so happy running around outside ... he looked so cute ..

meanwhile gab is so unsettled still .. .i will ask about it at my 6 week check up .. and nimah i dont think you have to pay , my docs bulk bill . but if yours dont i think it would be a standard cons . fee .. they may even bb for kids under 16 so its best to ask
im doning fine by the way , i cant belive our "twins" are nearly 6 weeks ... eek

hugs to every one ....and milly wheres that pm you promised .... havent senn you on here for a bit , hope all is well ...

    x hugs to all

oh and tasha , any movement in thestation for lucy ?? Dh and i were on a weekend away and nix got constipated , so while we were waitinng in line at the chemist we were talking about laxatives .. and a family with young kids over heard us and suggested the brown sugar and water, we bought the coloaxl any way JIC .. but when we got back to the marriot , we asked room serive for brown sugar .. ( a bizzare request , but im sure theyve had worse )

and voila .. a short while later , we got our wish ..

eta .. Nimah , the spots sound like thrush .. get some diflucan ( its one tablet ) over the counter and if it is thrus sould clear it up , but you can ask a pharmasist what it is , if its thrush its easily identifiable and you wont have to see a doc .. even a health nurse of LC could help you .. also ask for a treatment to put on your nipples so that E gets treated too ...

Hi Kel: hope things get better for you soon, i agree with the girls, get some help if you can, but if you are like me sometimes having someone "help" makes me feel worse.... Do what feels right but dont ever thing anyone is judging you, those that do arent worth it!

Everyone else that is suffering with a babe with feeding, digesting problems....sorry other than eve being intolerant to grapes i have never delt with anything like that.... sorry no help here.

Sorry Lea, have you not gathered that i am no good at pm's....will write back as soon as i finish this...

Well for us, life is about to become insane...in a good way. The kids and i are off to sydney tomorrow for the bridal shower sunday.. three kids, 1 suitcase, 1 bridesmaids dress, two flower girls dresses, two car rides, 1 plane ride and just me LOL, then back sunday night so grace can go to dancing and kindy then back to sydney the following saturday. That saturday is ballet, birthday party, then plane ride, then drive to blue mountains LOL.... have a week there then the wedding then home....how i wish i had a real husband or should i say a husband with a normal job so i could have some help... Am looking forward the girls and i being in the bridal party together, hope thomas is having a little feeding day LOL. Eve slept through last two nights, finally cut her two year old molers, then thomas only woke once. Visitors left today so have found my way through 4 loads of washing, am very anal about having a clean house. Makes me feel like i am doing ok if i can go to bed and wake in the morning to a clean house.

Thomas is 6 weeks today...what a beautiful boy...and danielle am thinking that the smile the other day was a false alarm as it hasnt happened again LOL.

Huge smiles to all and big hugs for those who need one

Will let you know how the trip goes when i get back monday

    Hi girls,

Lea, thanks for the concern hun. I think I'm ok, nothing serious. Other than sleep deprivation and a sick cling on toddler....there's not much I can do about it at the moment. But like you I think I have too high expectations of myself. Dh works 4 days on 4 off, 2 days 2 nights, so I do get a break, but when both babies are screaming at night, we're both up to them anyway, so we're both sleep deprived. I got a pretty good sleep last night, about 6hrs, though I was in bed by 9pm. Lily didn't wake up at all (yayyyy!!!) and Liam only woke for feeds, except at about midnight we were up for an hour with his grumbles, and Lily was awake at 5.10am (eeek) bring on daylight savings.
And I got some help yesterday evening, my mum came over just in the nick of time as I was bathing Liam after a monster poo and Lily was screaming and going nuts at me cause I couldn't pick her up. She was starting to heave and was about to throw up, which is what she does when she gets really upset. Then mum walked in and I almost cried!! She helped bath the kids, washed up and swept the floor for me.
Yay that you got a cleaner, that must be a weight lifted for you!!

Ok gotta go, Liams stirring (gotta get him before he wakes Lil...), hi to everyone else, sorry for the cut short post!
