Nimah , the spots sound like thrush .. get some diflucan ( its one tablet ) over the counter and if it is thrus sould clear it up , but you can ask a pharmasist what it is , if its thrush its easily identifiable and you wont have to see a doc .. even a health nurse of LC could help you .. also ask for a treatment to put on your nipples so that E gets treated too ...
