Oh and Shane rolled over on his own last night!!!! From his back to his belly!!! He had been getting sooo close the last few days- but kept getting stuck on his arm lol and then last night he got all worked up and just hurled himself over and managed to get over and get his arm free!! DH and i were both there to see and we were soooo proud!! And now today it is his new fun game!! I cant beleive how much he is growing up!!

DS is amazing us with the things he is coming out with.. he repeats everything now.. DH was putting on his pants today and DS was like.. nooo..no pants.. and DH was like, yeah mate, I have to put on pants otherwise when I take you to school - they'll tell me to go away.. and DS was like.. go awayyyyy... go awayyyy.... lol

we have the opposite problem he wont take his shorts off and top so he can sleep in undies in this humid weather he has to sleep in undies as he gets heat rash otehrwize.

Leash - Miss M hasn't really rolled yet either - she rolls over to her side - and then stays there and rotates her head around so she can see everything.. lol... we know she can do it though, cos sometimes we go in to her in the mornings and she's on her back - and she sleeps on her belly... so she can do it.. just prefers not to be an attention seeker I think

Hello all,

Popping in to say K put on another 300 grams this week.... eek! He now weighs 9.15kg
This week must of been another growth spurt cause he went from 69cm last friday to 70.5cm today
The nurse asked if I was giving him steriods


Anyways gotta run, have a few things to do.

I am a little annoyed at the moment ... we just received a "breach of lease" letter from our real estate, the breach being cleanliness of property. Well, sorry I hadn't done the dishes or folded my washing yet that day (at 9.30am! ). The letter goes on to say "with regards to the kitchen, bathroom and appliances" All the appliances (bar the stove) are ours, and if she is referring to the oven door being broken (which I voluntarily told her about, since it doesn't stay shut during cooking) she can go jump cause the oven is like 50 years old! As for the bathroom, I scrubbed those freakin' tiles with a toothbrush and gumption! Can they really give you a breach for not doing your own dishes on the day they come??? What about THEM taking A YEAR to send a plumber to fix my freakin' toilet??? Can I breach THEM???

Anyways, I know it shouldn't bother me cause we are outta here soon, but it's the principle ... this chick has one kid, I have 4 and NO OTHER AGENT who has inspected in the past 3 years has breached us for anything.

Well, that's my beef for the day!

ETA: Am I able to question the grounds on which they have breached us? Cause if it is the state of any of our furniture, rugs etc, that wouldn't constitute being the landlord's property (or problem for that matter) If it is because we have a mattress sitting UNDER COVER outside, propped up against a wall, then that's just stupid! I can't think of ANYTHING that we should be breached for

MM - that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I'd take it to the tenancy commission cos it might stay on your rental history and thats just bullcrap

MM... thats ridiculous, I'd ring upand ask SPECIFICALLY what they breached you for. When we got a breach we had to fix it up, and how can you 'fix' it if you don't even know what it is.

No they can't breech you for not doing the dishes or not foldinng the laundry, has no bearing on the property at all if you were to move out (thats all they can breech you on I thought... only if it effects the renting ability of the property?).

Go to the RTA or whoever it is in your state!

Big MM, We never breached anything when we rented so I havn't been in the same situation sorry, but I would do what Mel recommended!

Kye needs to starts sharing the weight!! He and Eli are pretty similar in size too! The differences between the bubs sizes on this thread are just amazing!

Thanks Mel and Leash ... might ring them, or might not ... ... might just ask them when I put in our notice to vacate WHAT SPECIFICALLY needs fixing before we leave

I just looked at the letter and it's dated A WEEK AND A HALF AFTER the inspection ... surely they can't be breaching us for not being home when the plumber called around????? That happened a week ago .... Besides, I KNOW the landlord and only spoke to her a week or so ago, and she said nothing (she has been here and only lives next door) so if she REALLY had a problem, she would have called us, so I think the real estate is full of it saying that the owner requested the breach due to unsatisfactory inspection! Plus, the owner doesn't inspect, the RE does, so she only has THEIR word on it

Eh, I'll get over it ... make them think that it was the letter made us want to move
