Hi ladies, trying to make an effort today to catch up in my buddy threads, I've been so slack but I just don't find the time to post!

TK - Bonham has joined our PAML (Parenting after m/c and loss) thread. The girls are wonderful and over the last few years have become some of my closest friends. She will get lots of support there from people who truly understand the grief. I am thinking of you both today

Misty - hope you are all worm free now! Musn't have been a pleasant experience for you. I've been thinking about worming DD because all she does is eat but she's the skinniest little thing ever.

Megs - Totally jealous of your holiday! We went away for the weekend last week and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the kids coped with it. Everyone slept just fine (DD and DS1 evern shared a room for the first time with no dramas) and we had a great time!

Issy - Welcome! I ditched my 'real' buddy thread with DS1 because it was so quiet and joined Trish and Saffi's thread, best thing I ever did!!

Saffi - NO idea at this stage what to get D for xmas, it's even harder with #3 because there's nothing he really needs! Did you manage to get some xmas cards done?


Swimming lessons - not even thinking about it to be honest. DD has just finished so we'll be taking DS2 next. It's too hard to take both boys when I'm on my own as I'd have to be in the pool with DS2.

Bumbo - we borrowed one from a BB friend and I put D in it yesterday. To be honest, I'm not sold yet, he looks a little strange in it and DH was not keen! LOL.

AFU - Things are going pretty well. D is sleeping great during the day but nights have taken a bit of a dive the last few weeks. Not sure if it's a 'phase', the heat or a growth spurt but wish he'd get over it! LOL. He is waking 3 times some nights and it's starting to get tiring. I just feed him and put him back down and he goes straight to sleep so I'm not sure if he's geniunely thirsty/hungy or what None of my babies have slept through early (DD was about 7ish months, DS1 was 10 months and that was only after a stay at sleep school) but when D was doing 7.5 hours I had hopes he'd be the one...apparently NOT!

We have his follow up appt with his paed tomorrow to discuss his scans at the Children's Hospital. Praying all will be OK and we won't have to go back but I'm sure he'll want to continue to follow up so I'm not holding my breath.

D is such a happy, easy going baby...lots of you have said the same thing. Wonder if it's a Leo thing?? D smiles, talks and blows raspberries all day now. He has started rolling on to his side this week too. Not sure if that seems a bit early, I can't remember - any of the other bubs doing it? I'd prefer he took a bit longer to start rolling cause it's usually fun trying to keep them wrapped for sleeps then!

So, other than a bit sleep deprived at night, we're doing well.

Better be off, housework is calling and D needs to go down for a nap.
