Coffee and cake was very nice Nic - sorry. Lucky you having such a sleepy baby today. Although our Olivia was very good sitting outside with me at the garage sale and just went to sleep in the baby bjorn after a good look around.

Livi is in bed already which is nice, however last night she went to bed this early and so was up at 5am. Hope that doesn't happen again tomorrow

We are off to the Motor Show tomorrow - yippee DH is really looking forward to it and I guess I can have some fun picking on the weird cars...

    Sleepy vibes to all

Hi girls. Baptism is today.I have spent the last 2 days baking my bum off. Cakes, cookie, you name it. I made a Dorothy the Dinosaur cake for Tehya. I have never used soft icing before so that was an adventure. Took me about 4 hours to ice the damn thing. PMSL. And I now have green and red hands.

Brandon is still AWOL, I know that he is alive atleast. My niece has seen him so have someof his friends. Unforunately as soon as we get to where he was he has left. Little b@stard told my niece he wasn't going to come today. Real nice. He is supposed to be one of Abbey's God Fathers. Not sure if he's doing it to punish me or what. I started a thread a while ago about him. Might do a full update in there when I get a chance.

Abbey has been ok, has been sleeping pretty good over night. from 10 til 9 on Friday night and 10 til just now Saturday night.

Better go and get ready. I hope to be back later with some pics and a proper post

Trish - Hope it all went well today and that your monster cooking effort was appreciated I'm sure the pics will be gorgeous because you have 2 gorgeous girls there!

Nic - I haven't tried Haroula's cake yet, might this week. Although I had planned to start making some fudge easter eggs this week as a trial run for easter. I thought they might be a nice change to the regular chocolate kind and the recipe looks really easy.

Teena - Should we line up for Olivia's autograph yet? She looks very cute in the pic.

Not sure what is going on here (but afraid it is early teething might be part of it ). Olivia has woken during the night the last 2 nights (at about 3am both times) and today was really grizzly the whole day. She also pooed twice today which is totally unheard of, and they were both really big. Unfortunately we were out most of the day today and so the grizzling, and top of her voice screaming, happened in public for all to hear. Man some people looked at me like I was a monster
I am totally knackered now after a day at the Motor Show and then walking around the city with the unhappy bub. Early to bed hopefully

Alicia - I can tolerate and cope with an unhappy bubs at home, but when it is in public, it is just exhausting. Sofia was like that today whilst shopping.

Alicia: I hope Olivia settles down a bit for you.. I find it really tiring when babies get upset in public. Although I will admit I have relaxed heaps on this with Olivia. I know there is nothing I can do and everyone else can go to buggery or help

Actually the other day I was in the post office and Miss O was having a minor spaz attack and Iw as trying to write on a parcel and this lovely older lady came up and said would you like some help. I don't think I could have passed Olivia over any faster Now mind you I wouldn't normally just hand my children over to a stranger but I felt comfortable with it and she stood next to me :P

oh and how exciting is this.. Olivia has pooed twice in the last 3 days and I haven't even known it was poo day Now this might not sound like anything important but to us it is. no screaming all day just to pass a bm..

now all my darlings are in bed.. Simon on night shift.. what to do??

Seriously what is it about 4am!!! Baby's sleep longer then 4a,.. PLEASE!!

I would settle for 9-5 I think 5am suits me cus then I could get up feed the miss. and hopefully she would either go back to bed or play happily while I had my morning coffee and checked my emails (morn routine) Then the boys would wake and my day would start with fresh eyes not blurry ones

Olivia looks so darn adorable today . She has one a gorgeous white long sleeved shirt and 3/4 denim pants and the shirt has brown and pink hearts and flowers. Just gorgeous
