Hi Blip! Sounds like you're doing what feels right for you and for Darren, which I think is the best thing for any mum. I hope Darren has put on lots of weight! We have a check-up tomorrow - I'm quite interested to see how much weight Oliver has put on, cause I can already see new fat rolls popping up everywhere - and he's almost outgrown his 0000 clothes!

I did one attempt at feeding without the nipple shield today, but it didn't last long . I don't know if it was Oliver not attaching correctly, or just because my nipple was already a bit damaged - but it hurt so bad, and I could see where it was becoming more damaged almost straight away. *sigh* Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow.

Oliver is having a very sleepy day today. He's been sleeping almost all day, apart from waking for feeds and when we went to the supermarket earlier on. Hopefully he's sleeping lots while he's growing!
