Jords: Try not to worry too much about Winter not settling to sleep on her own yet. I've heard of plenty of other mummies on here who fed to sleep or rocked to sleep for many, many months, and their bubs grew out of it eventually. It's probably more of an issue if it bothers you, than of Winter forming any 'bad habits'.

I know what you mean about wanting to meet new mums, but not... I am pretty shy when I meet new people for the first time, so BB has been a godsend there - I don't have to worry about being shy or making a first impression . Plus, I tend to babble when I'm nervous - when I'm writing I can filter out the babbling (to a point, lol).

Oh, it's so funny with Oliver talking. He had been a bit here and there for a while now - but in the last couple of days he has turned into the biggest chatterbox! Like, seriously, for half an hour or more at a time he'll just lie there talking - to a person, or even just to himself . It's so cute, and it looks like he has so much to say! The faces he pulls while he's talking are priceless!
