Lil, Lieby will grab a teether and stick it into his mouth, but he much prefers my fingers, knuckles and arms. He has fridge teethers, rattle teethers, bead teethers, teethers on his play-mat, musical teethers... and still goes for my arm. I don't let him get my wrists. I am wondering if he's managed to bruise the bone in the lower knuckle of my left index finger, it's really painful!

I love to watch the toys being manipulated with the feet, it's so cute! Liebling was doing that looong before he discovered his feet with his hands (that's a very recent discovery). Or lying on his back with legs in the air kicking the activity bar of his playmat! So cute!

BTW, is it normal for babies this age to be able to stand up all by themselves? I just hold Liebling's hand and he stands up with very few wobbles. I know if I let go he'd be over like a shot, but if he stands up and grabs his activity arch he supports himself on that... he can't sit unaided for long, but loves to stand up (can push himself up from sitting) and hold on to things for balance. DH is so excited about Lieby starting to walk... I'm not! I'll be the one chasing after him all day! He isn't walking for months yet!
