    Hi Girls,

Hmmmm, what a crappy weekend that was. DD had her party on Sat, and in the morning of the party we found that Zues (dog) couldnt move his body. We found out a few months back he had cancer, but never thought it would get to him that quickly. Unfortunatly we had to put him down on Tara's birthday.

    Roquen,prama & Esme. Hi!

Esme, I hope you fall preggas soon.

Oh Karlie, so sorry to hear that , so sad, especially on Tara's birthday... Thinking of you.

Roquen - Good to see you are back! How are you?

As for me, I am 5 dpo and have the same feelings as when I was pregnant with Jasper, so keeping my fingers crossed.

O Karlie, you poor bugger. I know how awful it feels. Big Hugs to you and the family. xox Happy birthday to Tara, Big number 5 how exciting!!

Bun Hunni, sitting here getting a little teary for you, such a lovely time seeing and hearing that precious heartbeat. Congratulations. How beautiful. Zane has the side rails on the big bed so far so good no falls. I think he likes the extra space.

How is our other yummy mummy to be Jen? How are you travelling along? How is little Miss Amber?

Yay on the housework Prama, gotta start with baby steps....Almost like another Poppy really...LOL Don't tell Steve I said that. It just takes such a load off when they help out with the smallest things like getting the washing in or running the vac over. They just have no idea.

Wow Esme, I'm so excited for you...lots of baby dust your way too. Jasper and Zane I don;t think can ever meet....We'd never get a word in...LOL. It's so funny listening to them though, Zane is sooo sure of himself, very matter of fact. O Hilarious.

This crazy cat LOL is going banana's Adam has been away for 6 days and I still have another week and a half to go. Then he has a week off and is away for another 3 weeks.
I would normally go to my parents but we had a bit of a falling out...Mum thinks I'm "great little mum" her words, when I'm doing things her way or the way I was raised. I guess I thought my mum was someone who would always stand by me and support me and somethings have happened lately where I'm seeing her in a different light and it's kind of feels like I have lost my parents in a sense, and that I can't rely on them the I used too...The way I always thought I would be able too. So hence why I'm going it alone in QLD.

Zane is not sleeping I have been up since 4 am this morning, and was up on and off since 10.30pm last night. God Damn teeth. I'm seriously at my wits end, I have a Dr's appointment today at 1pm just to see if there is anything she can pescribe him, panadol is just cutting it anymore.

The worst thing is that where Ad is, there is no cell coverage so I haven't spoken to him since he left. Just gets soooo lonely, when I can't talk to him.

I had this stupid dream the other night that there was this green mouth hovering over Zane and me in my bed and it was laughing really awful laugh and I was paralysed with fear and this mouth thought it was funny and in my dream it started shaking zane and I was trying to move to help but couldn't. when I woke myself up I was beside myself, ran into check Z and he was fine, but for the last 3 nights have been convincing myself that my house isn't haunted and that there's no such thing as green floating mouths...Sounds stupid I know, even writting this I can hear you all having a little cackle, just felt sooo real.

Swimming is going great, Z has an admirer, he name is Evie, very cute she always tries to kiss him, he screws his face and laughs and pushes her away. I started thinking o how cute.."she love him.." LOL and then saw her doing it to everyone..Poor Z. Her mum said the most mortified person was the 15 year old check out dude. LOL.

Well thats it for me for the time being, need to get some lunch organised for Little Mr.

    Good to be back girlies
    Try to get back tomorrow.
    Love S xoxox

    Hi girls,

Karlie - so sorry to hear about your beloved pooch, that is terrible news, especially on Tara's birthday. to you sweetie.

sonya - good to hear from you again. That sounds like an awful dream you had! And it can't help being home on your own either. I think I would really struggle not even being able to talk to DH while he is away, it is hard enough coping on your own with a bub even when you can talk to DH and vent away! I hope the time passes quickly. DD has been sleeping badly too. She came into bed with me last night until 2.30am and just tossed and turned all night. She is not 100% well but is not usually this bad when she is sick. I think it may be all the changes lately - flying back to Perth, DH being away for so long and now back again... she is probably a little confused. And DH has exams this week, so although he is finally back, he needs to study so can't spend that much time with us. Difficult when I am feeling so sick!

esme - woo hoo on TTCing! Best of luck with this cycle! I can't believe that so quickly we could have three in our little group expecting their second bubs, how exciting!

Roquen - Hi! Good to hear from you again! How have you been?

prama - glad to hear Steve is attempting to help out a little more. Hope it continues!

Well, I have my first OB appointment tomorrow so all will be ok. I threw up again last night so I guess that is a good sign. I feel so horrible and am struggling to keep anything down, esp at night. It was the same with DD, I seem to get my ms at night! Hoping it passes more quickly this time - lasted til 16 wks with DD.

    Hi ladies,

Karlie- Hugs my friend. I hope puppy is in a better place now. On a better note, Tara's cupcakes looked awesome.

Sonya- Its funny (well not funn but you know what i mean) what we dream about. You are doing so well being a defence wife. If I had a man in the armed services, I would not cope when he was away. I admore your strength.

Prama- Men hey! It takes a long long time to get it through their big skulls...... He will get there eventually. Oh I saw Lakshman's video on Fb, very cute and so co-ordinated. Amber tried to feed herself soup the other day and it wasnt a pretty sight!

Bun- Oh I feel for you mate. I haven't thrown up yet but I feel my worst in the evenings. I had forgotten about the heightened sense of smell we have. Oh the meat aisles of the supermarket isnt good at the moment. Hopefully your ob appoint goes well tomorrow.

Esme- Good luck buddy! Hopefully it is a quick TTC period. I heard an old wives tail where a pg woman buys some yellow booties and rubs them on her belly, gives them to the woman TTC and she sleeps with them under her pillow. Its supposed to help. I dont mind doing it for you!

    Hi Roquen.

    Hi everyone else.

As for us. Amber has decided that she doesnt need a sleep during the day at the moment. All my reasoning with her doesnt work. Although (touch wood) I have put her to bed and there is no noise so far. Hopefully it is a phase.
At night she now wakes in the middle of the night and only goes back to sleep in our bed. So we have her for half the night. She is a bed hog too. I too hope this is a phase.

Oh the ladies here with a baby and a toddler.... is it worth buying a twin stroller? I dunno how I will cope with a baby and a toddler.....

    enough from me for now.

    Hi again!

I'm going pretty well, we've had a rough time with food intolerances and reactions with Jordan, but all that aside I'm loving being a mumma and can't believe how much time has past so quickly.

I still remember us all whinging about being fat and pregnant on here, only seems like yesterday!

Will definitely be on here more often!

We are living with my parents while we build a new house, so things are great, having their help is amazing, Scott and I even got to go to a movie and dinner :-)

    hi girls..
been trying to post for the last couple of days.
havent had a chance at work (without ppl looking over my shoulder) and our network at home has been flaky. plus my RSI is back so typing is hard..

karlie - im so sorry.. that's terrible on tara's bday.. poor zues. and poor tara xoxoxx how are the kids doing now..

esme - gosh.. you were just saying you decided to ttc now instead of aug adn looks like you are pg already! congrats!!!
our PA came in yest for a visit w her 9mth old. she's on mat leave. it was so nice cuddling a baby girl..i was starting to feel clucky but at the end of her visit, i realised i wasnt ready to look after a little baby yet...

sonya - it's so hard when you're partner's away and you are alone w bub all day and night.. i find it hard even w steve away from a few days but you have a much longer time..
and it's hard not having family around.. i miss that too,but whenever i go back.. everyone is telling me how i should be doing this or that but never saying im doing a good job or ask if im doing something before they say i should do this. they just think i dont know anything and their way is the best..
evie sounds so cute.. lol teh 15 yr old kid.. you never know,.. steve and i ahve a 16 yr gap.. and when he tells me stuff abt his teenage years i tell him i was just a baby then. and it freaks him out a bit! lol..
gawd - ive had pretty vivid scary dreams.. i totally understand how you feel. it's so so scary. youy wake up and your heart's beating and sometimes its hard to tell if ti was really real or it was a dream. and i hate those dreams where you dream you're awake fr the nightmare but you are really still asleep

bun - how are you feeling ? gosh.. i had forgotten how horrid MS is.. i had it till i was 14 weeks pg.. it was soo awful.i used to get it in the morning and at nights adn throw up everything. just that awful nauseous feeling. ooh it's all coming back now..
but now it's harder cos you have a little one to look after and cant just go have a lie down etc...

jj - and how's ur pg going? yes the heightened sense of smell. thats coming back to me too. and that made me throw up too.
i remember wanting to cook crab when i was pg. it was the last time ive actually cooked it. i remember cutting off the legs and i felt like i was cutting a baby's legs and never cooked it..

roquen - hows jordan now? hope tehy are able to narrow down the allergy.. poor bubba..

glad i managed to type all this !!

we are doing ok.. steve got back fr tassie last night and will be going to darwin next week.. poopy's still full of beans and i cant keep up with him!!

    take care girls

ohh would you might writing your due dates, so we can keep track? xoxox

    Hi Girls,

been a bit slack have been reading but not posting!

Jenjams -- my DD isn't that interested in a sleep now until about 3 in the afternoon which is just a crap time because I have the school pick up and she will fall asleep in the car!! A baby and a toddler is hard work but gorgoues at the same time, when the boys were little the were just gorgeous to watch until one of them hit the other!!
    Hope you are feeling well

Bun -- how was your OB appt?? Yes morning sickness sucks and that heightened sense of smell and the tiredness. But its all worth it.

Bronzdbebe -- Sorry your DS is not sleeping. Have you tried Nurofen??? As long as he doesn't have asthma he should be OK to have Nurofen.
I hate scary dreams I found I had heaps when I was pregnant??!!

Esme - any further news?? How exciting. All these bubba's

Karlie -- sorry to hear about your puppy dog. Big hugs.

    Hi Prama!!

Well Sophie has turned into a massive tantrum thrower. Stomps her feet squeals and squawks if she doesn't get her own way. MMMM my brothers say its pay back!
Apart from the tantrums she is trying to say lots of words like 'ball" "dog" "fish" and gets very excited when she sees animals of any kind.

Benjamin has been off from school for the last two days with a tummy bug but is much better today and will be going back to school tomorrow.
Nicholas has been great apart from today so I am wondering if he is coming down with the same thing/

I am off to Melbourne on Friday for 2 nights with two girlfriends to do some shopping ( Bridge Road ) and have a break. My DH flies out to New Zealand on Sunday for a week at this stage possibly longer. I have holidays from work which is good as I didn't know how I was going to manage it all.

Have a lovely few days will try and catch up next week

    Sue

Bronzdbebe, I hate it when you have a fall out with your mum. My mum went through PMS, and a few other things when Jake was born. Jake had a very bad cold at 2 weeks old, and she didnt even ring me to make sure his ok. Usually she's pritty good, but not this time. She said,"his a big baby, he will be ok". Then made me feel like I was a paranoid mum.

Sueby, Jakes a champion tantrum thrower. He hates to be told "NO". He started to climb up on the dining table, and give me major heart attacks. Oh, i just wanted to know. How is NZ to take kids? I thought since your DH has been there he would know.

esme , I hope you are preggas. I found that when I was pregnant, I just knew. You just feel different.

prama, I know what you mean with kids watching over your shoulder. Im always getting pulled away from the computer for drinks, snacks or something. Ahhhh.

    Roquen ,
I'm going pretty well, we've had a rough time with food intolerances and reactions with Jordan
Whats he had problems with eating? Poor Jakes has problems with coughing.

    Jen,
As for us. Amber has decided that she doesnt need a sleep during the day at the moment. All my reasoning with her doesnt work. Although (touch wood) I have put her to bed and there is no noise so far. Hopefully it is a phase.
I found at this age Tara was finding sleep hard, and once we put her in a big bed with a rail, she slept like a log. I think she found the big bed more comfy in size and softness.

Bun, Yahoo. How awesome. Tell me how you go Is it too earily for an ultrasound? My memory is crap.lol

OMG, Jakes a handful. He's into everything. He even is dancing on the dining table I smack his hand and tell him off, but he's just soooo persistant.

I am due jan 26 (Aus day!). So almost 2 yrs apart. OB appointment went really well, healthy looking bub with a great little heartbeat so all looking good so far. I am 8.5 wks now and still feeling shocking. I really hope the ms passes more quickly this time, I am not sure if I can handle another 2 months of this! I usually feel sick only at night and after dinner but I threw up this morning as well, so struggling a little. I feel really bad for DD because I just don't have the energy to give her the attention I should. Poor little bub.

esme - how are you going? Do you have any news for us yet??

prama - I remember well trying to hide the pink BB page when someone came into my office at work too! A little conspicuous that what you are doing is not work related!

jen - are you having the NT scan done this time? I remember what you went through with Amber, that must have been so scary. We didn't have it done with DD and will not be having it done this time either.

karlie - DD has decided she likes climbing on tables now too! Little terrors!

sue - have a great time shopping!

Thanks Shoegal! How is the little man going?

Bun- Yep will be doing the NT scan qagain. We wern't going to but I think i would like to know. Hopefully this time is a little less stressful. I think the scan is July 4th. Yay on such a strong baby you have brewing. What does DH think of it all? My DH is already coming up with names!

Have a great time in melbourne Sue!

Esme- How is it all going?

Prama how are you? How is poopy?

Karlie- Maybe it is time for Amber and the big bed but I can just see her staying still in there. How are you all going up in Benders?

Sonya- I am counting down the days with you until Adam comes home. Not long now!

Ok its lunch time in our house.

    Hi all!

So many posts all of a sudden! Better do some personals...

Sonya - So cute that Z has got an admirer already! Jasper's cousin (2) wants to hug and kiss him all the time, but he just pushes her away and doesn't like it one little bit. Sorry to hear you are doing it tough; hope things will improve soon for you .

Bun - Yay on the good ob appointment! Sorry to hear that ms is bothering you; it must be very hard with a toddler.

Prama - Lol, I remember listening out for footsteps in the hallway and then quickly changing the page.... not much fun if you do get caught....

Jen - Yay on being 10 weeks already! Hope you will feel better soon too. Hopefully Amber has decided that she still needs a arvo nap...

Sue - Enjoy your weekend! Do some shopping for me too please I am waaayy overdue for a very good shopping spree...

Karlie - Those little ones just have no fear, do they?

Well, Jasper has started to copy a lot more sounds, so I don't think talking is too far off. He just loves playing outside, so I have bought him his first pair of wellies; he is so proud of them, it is very funny. He just learned to climb onto the lounge and loves sitting there like a big boy, but most of the time just wrestles the cushions and tries to stand up. As for me, I am 8 DPO now and was a little nauseous this morning, still not entirely sure though.... I forgot how long the 2WW really is... I am a bit in two minds about this as I am supposed to have another US on my breast before falling preggers, but clucky hormones took over from rational thinking ...
