    Hi Girls,

Wow you've all bee busy chatting up a storm in here!

Soph - Glad to hear bubs is on the improve

Orange - Congrats on the weight loss!!

Runner - Good to hear the calf (and your sanity!) are back

Shellsie: - Ella never like being wrapped from about 5 weeks so i didnt even bother - she is now in a grobag (has been for the last 4 weeks) and it is THE best investment i have made - i still contribute her sleeping through (10-12hrs over night) to the grobag because she is nice and toasty and although she does startle herself, she self settles very quickly - HTH

AFM: I can't believe Ella is 4 months today - it is going by so fast! - We had her nurse appt today and she is my little boomba bubba - 7.3kg and 63.5 cm. nurse told me her teeth are "moving" under the gums and she reckons they will start erupting in the next 2-3 months - my poor bb's when that happens!!

    Hello girls!

Great news! (for me anyway ) Finally getting the internet this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be so so so glad to get back on here...

    Briefly read up on on some of the updates;

Ella: Sounds like your bub is like my little chunka! Weighed him four weeks ago and he was 6.9kg!! Only knows how much he weighs now but i am struggling to hold him for long periods of time thats for sure! Thanks the loed for prams I say!!

Orange: Congrats on your weight loss! I have no idea how I did it but I have lost all my baby weight! I only just recently started walking regulary so I was very lucky. 72kg back to 55kg..i was all full of fluid I was!

Caiden is all sorts of weird and wonderful. He does alot of stopping and starting in his development. Starded rolling onto his side and even sleeping on his side quite early on but as only mastered actually rolling over completely by himself once. But I am in no rush! He has just begun absoloutly laughing in hysterics. We have had plenty of smiles and giggles..but his laugh omg! Very precious...He loves standing up on our laps thought he will stand for half n hr straight and get cranky if we sit him down! HIis going to be one of those terrors that ru and never stop I can tell hehe

Anyway..SO much looking forward to being back online this weekend

Give your bubs kisses from me!

    xxx

Yay Caiden'smummy it's great to see you back
I have a boomba too I can't hold Jared for long periods of time - he was 8.3kgs a week and a half ago! We've had to stop calling him 'chunk' though because Ben started calling him that and we don't want it to stick as a nickname

Yay, Jared slept from 9pm last night until 5am this morning!!! Then he went straight back to sleep until 9am. It was wonderful!

Needles this afternoon. Not looking forward to it

    hi ladies

Well i havent had much time been busy with the business as ive gotten out of real estate photography and once again focused my energies on chilren, babies, christening and special event photography so have been kinda concentrating on that, preparing to move and of course Nixon.
He's doing well,am resigned to the fact hes a catnapper, sleeps 45 mins-1 hour at a time during day has about 4 sleeps a day but then he in bed at 7pm and sleeps pretty much all night til 530am then has a feed and goes back down til 8am,so i cant complain..Hes still only tiny around the 6 kilo mark give or take, hes feeding has improved and now has between 150-200ml and yesterday we started him on solids(organic rice cereal)he scoffed it down and loves his food!!! so happy about that...
He is getting really strong, cant roll yet but can pretty much sit up straight and hold himself up,we are going to get a Bumbo so we can put him in there to sit and feed
He mimics a lot of things that we do,sticks his tongue out, raises his eyebrows(or should i say one eyebrow)if we do it,he responds to words. We say certain words that mean certain actions and he does them...Where has the 4 months gone??
We still have to swaddle him,am gonna see how i go half swaddle n leave the arms out during the day,if he can sleep in the car with arms out then we give it a go..
Well i move house in 3 weeks and i can say by then he will be out of his bassinette and into his cot as his kingparrot chocolate colored one which is quite large is getting too small,i think i will cry that day as ive grown attached to it as it symbolises his babyhood...
He is such a chatterbox, very vocal and very aware of whats going on and his surrounds..
    Anyway i am off
Hubby cooking tea, myself Chillaxin as i have my Aunt Flo...feel yuk,i start my diet and excercise program as soon as i get the all clear from my endocrinlogist..im going back on my low GI diet the one i had to go with gestational diabetes as it made feel good,i feel so yukky, tired and toxic...
Have a nice weekend and to all you up North, please send us Victorian's some rain?
    Cheers Bon

Well we all had our needles on Friday. DH and I got the whooping cough vaccine as well. Ben was the only one who missed out on needles and he's the one who got the lollipop

A quiet weekend here. Jared and I went to the footy again today. He loves it He loves the movement and colour, but the loud crowd noises undercover get to him a bit. Still, he doesn't cry which is good

We didn't have a good night last night, he was up twice I'm hoping he'll be better tonight but he has wind so it might be an up and down kinda night. I really hope not!

Oh Dis up twice is a good night for me Hope you get some more rest!

    Bon - V jealous of Nixon's sleeping

Caiden - maybe try a jolly jumper? I was going to get one for H but i have a friend who is an OT who said not to but I still might. As long as they're not in there for ages and you stretch their legs should be ok (if not they might end up toe walkers because it doesn't build upcalf muscles or something!). They love it though!

Ella - yay for fatty bumba bubbas

Shell - I've never wrappedf any of my bubs, they've all hated it!

Orange - on the weight loss. well done.

Dis - I reckon Jared is as big as Lucie was at 1 - just over 9kg. Reckon you've got a rugby player on your hands

Ahhh we've all had conjuctivitis for the first time ever and i attribute it to Kinder. It's been one thing after the other here and i swear i could open a pharmacy, so exy! No one tells you that about kids, you suddenly get a very very well stocked medicine cabinet. Anyway Henry is finally starting to slowdown on the poohing front and they are back to sweet smelling breastfed poohs. I know that sounds gross but i really think they are!

We just purchased a brand new ford territory too. Wooohooohoooo! A 7 seater so now i can share Kinder pick ups
