runner - Ella too is fully bf and her routine is very similar to Amara's re the waking at midnight and again at 3-4am - like Disgirl i usually wait till i hear the sucking noises unless she is really crying out!
Re the dummy - i've tried Ella with it but she just spits it out - will suck on it for 10mins tops if im lucky but she's not really a dummy baby i guess?
