Apparently a bit too great - we're struggling to get build prices under 800k (which I have complained about a bit before - not bragging, more frustrated...)!! Our quantity surveyors quote was 1.25million. Might need to reduce our plans a little

Agreed. He was an incredible man. We're all poorer for his loss. My 5-yr old nephew is making up a photo album of him for Alyssa. Well, it's a photo album of him and Linden (this kid is obsessed with my cat!).
