Kell - I can't believe your mum. WTF?!? How could she be like that to you and the kids... Did you hold back or rip it up and tell her how it makes you feel about then organising it so you can't make it? WHOA! It's like you're not even allowed to get your kids what you want to get them for Christmas without your mum chucking a fit. I'm glad your ILs are cool.
Missy - Sounds like Liam is going great guns with solids. YAY! How long did you just give him plain farex for?
Tasia - Go Jonathan with his solids!!! I'm glad your MIL finally got the hint to back off. I don't know how you do it. I know I don't think I could handle a MIL doing that kinda stuff to me alot. I'm lucky we don't see MIL very often. Thank godddddd!

Tan - I hope the party went ok yesterday and the SILs stayed out of your way.
We gave Bubbablue some farex yesterday arvo cause DP wanted to give it to him first. Only screwed his face up the first couple of times then was alright with it. I got a couple photos which I'll upload later if I remember. (I'm still very forgetful as if I've still go really bad pg brain!)
I have so many questions about starting solids you'd think I've never done it before.
I've forgotten everything from DS1's baby time. It's been almost 5yrs but still I thought I'd remember at least a little.
Do you give it to them before or after a bottle?
Do you give your bubba farex in the morning/afternoon or what?
I'm sure I'll have plenty more quesitons to come to. Lol.
