Thanks heaps for your advice on nannys/childcare. I am leaning towards going through an agency as well for the reasons you mentioned and thought we could have the person start before I go back to work so I can be at home with everyone to see how she/he fits in with the kids. Nanny SA has just sent me a heaps of info so I am reading through that and will have to make a decision really soon. Worse case scenario if I am not organised in time or we dont find someone by the time I go back to work I know Charlotte will be able to get into childcare (same place as the boys) which we can use as a short term thing until the nanny is sorted.
