Hey Jess, but just a suggestion: don't burn any bridges with the kinder group... I'm sure there is a high turnover of people within the organisation given that people probably only hang around until their child goes to school... so why not go along and maintain your dignity... soon the bad eggs will be gone and you'll probably be left with the nicer ones anyhow
