Alos, speaking of inspiration: you'll be pleased to know that for a few weeks now i have been using a plastic tub in my kitchen sink and a bucket in my laundry trough to catch grey water. The one in the kitchen has proved to be amazing in how much water can be collected from simply turning on the tap to wash your hands, fruit throughout the day, rinsing bench cloths etc. When it's full I tip it on the lawns. Now even DH is getting on the act Hardly a drip goes down the drain anymore!
