Happy Birthday Jo! yay Freya!!! Good girl! Giving Mummy a rest Hope you're having a lovely day... you must be feeling sooo much better!

Also, sorry CeeCee, I've been stewing on how I told you not to iron your DH's shirts... I really shouldn't have said that... I'm sure you both have reasons why you do things the way you do. I wouldn't say "why do you cook meal's or do the laundry or the vacuuming or the shopping" etc so why his shirts? Maybe because all those other jobs benefit everyone and the shirts are something only for him which is very time consuming. I just hope you all are aware that the number of domestic chores can easily grow and grow until suddenly you find that you are doing everything that you did before baby came along and more and that the workload for DH hasn't changed at all infact it has lessened. I also know a lot of men who use the line that "they work harder/longer at work since having a baby" but in reality they are socialising more after work and at lunchtime and just not letting on to their wives. Housework is more accountable than paid work outside the home and I just don't want any of my Junies to be taken advantage of. I'm not saying 'don't do anything for them'... I'm just saying "if it's ONLY for them" then question why you are doing it... is it because you truely don't mind doing it? or is it because they simply expect you to keep doing it? You all have enough housework to do that benefits your whole family without taking on anything on a regular basis that's only for them. Of course... ironing shirts can be a useful bartering tool You give me a footrub and I'll do your shirts
