Morning all...
Tina - thanks for staying as well I feel like we are all back together again!
Well, Aiden was awake yesterday from 5.30am, till 1pm, then woke again at 2.30, and was awake till about 10ish. Wow. What a day. Thankfully thou, he's not upset, and is mostly happy to just lay around and stare at stuff. So, out came baby gym etc, which he didnt go to much on, maybe cause it was all new, but, he does like his bouncer, which also has a toy bar on it. Maybe the toys on the baby gym are to far away still for him to focus on.
Last night, slept from 9.30 till 1.30, then 2.30 till 6ish, and back to sleep at 7, and still sorta asleep now at 9.30. But, he is making lots of little noises, so, perhaps not in a deep sleep. Might wake him, feed him, and go to shops.

I feed Aiden at night, laying down on the floor in the loungroom. I put a rug under him, so its softer. Darren says i should feed him on the spare bed, but, the beds really soft, and he sorta rolls into me, and i fear that, if i fall asleep on it, he will roll into me, and suffocate. So, i feed him on the floor, figuring that is so uncomfortbale, i couldnt fall asleep if i tried, and, if i did happen to, at least Aiden wont roll into me. I doze abit thou. IT takes about 30min to feed him, but, he generally starts to drop back off to sleep after about 20min, and so, i will change sides, give him another 5 or 10min of easy feed, and then, back to sleep.

Funny, but, he doesnt need his dummy all that much anymore. I use it during the day when he is awake, or just dozing, and we did need to use it last night while we where holding him to get him to sleep, but, mostly, he falls asleep without it, and only really wants it when he's awake. If i try and give it to him at night, he wont take it. So, i guess thats a good thing.

Zofia - Diana might be having a growth spurt? Aiden had 3 days straight when he was pretty much awake all the time, really only slept soundly between midnight and 4am. Poor mummy. But, he was feeding like every 2 hours. The good new is, the next 2 days after that, he pretty much slept, woke up, feed, and back to sleep before i could finish changing his bum. Did that for 2 days straight.

A question - do you guys change bums before or after a feed? I go after, but, its such a shame to have to wake him up again. Although, if he is tired, does tend to go back to sleep easily.
