Hi guys,
I'm back from visiting my sister and had a fantastic time. Did a bit of shopping and stocked up on nappies and wipes (I refuse to buy them out here and try to get them on special) got a new stroller for travelling and 6 new books We are addicted to books, I have an online birthday present order coming in the post this week and we already have so many, but I figure you can never have too many and they are such a great investment. I got all my old books out from my parents shed and I have the anne of green gables set and a heap of hardcover enid blyton books - can't wait for DD to be old enough to read them.

Welcome Corelly - I also feel sad that you felt like you weren't able to join us sooner but I am happy that you have reached the point where you can join us.

JM- yep I'm in rural CQ. The town has a population of about 3,000 people. I'm actually staying with my parents as well until DP gets back.

Nik - We have a morning nap of about 1-2 hours and sometimes a 30 min afternoon nap. Go down for the night around 9pm and wake up at around 7-8. At the moment we are having 3-4 wake up over night which is starting to take it's toll. I'm hoping that it will settle down sooner rather than later.

SP - Your get together tomorrow sounds like fun. I went to a few meet up with Brisbane mums before I left and used to catch up with a work friend the same age as me with a DD born one month after Alexandra. I'm starting to really miss the interaction with other mums and bubs. I'm another young mum, I'm 24.

Hollo - Good to see you back in here. I am so used to going to bed late and getting up later that I cannot even fathom getting up at 5am. I think it would almost kill me

Mo - Fingers crossed that you can get your meds sorted for your mind and body's sake.
