The doctor is still saying it's a bad case of gastro. She said they may release her on a temporary leave meaning she'll come home tonight and if we have any problems (eg, she throws up again) then we bring her straight into the ward (skip emergency thank goodness) and if by 9am tomorrow everything is fine then we call and let them know and she stays home. Matt is just talking to them now to find out if that's what's happening or not and he'll let me know shortly so I know if I am going home or to the hospital.
Since lunch time she hasn't taken very much orally and it was apparently a fight to get her to have just 50ml of a bottle. This is completely out of character for her, she loves eating and drinking but I guess when you're not feeling well that's the last thing you want to do and they are reluctant to let her go until she's accepting food & drinks orally.
