Hi Bron how are you going?

I think we;ve decided to go with Active Kids day care that's close to home, the council run one was just as close tho.
Active kids, seem to have more activities, they said every month they have things planned, like someone brings chooks, for the kids to learn and play. Every second Thursday they have someone come and teach them dance. This month they have Morning Tea with Grandparents, etc.
I like the idea of that...

    HHeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooo ppppppppppeeeeeeeeeeeoooooooopppppppppplllllllllll leeeeeeeeeesssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Sorry, I felt left out!
    How is we all??

My little man is getting up on his knees! Cheeky devil!! He's been trying for a while & going backwards, but lastnight he was backed up against the lounge & got up there, then tried it again this morning without the lounge!
    NNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
    He he. Sorry!

Looking for a house. There's none where we want them. Well there's a really nice one for $280, but I don't think we've got enough money. We could get my sister to move in, but last time she came to visit we were at eachothers throats after 24 hours. I dunno how we'd go!
Plus coz she's the way she is (yes, its all her!) Anth doesn't want to come home to see us & have to put up with her crap.
    We'll find something.....I hope.

She's doing well. Today I sent her to daycare with 2 tins of fruit & a tin of beef & veg so she can have 3 meals of solids at daycare. We'll see how she goes with that.

I think her dihorrea has gone. TMI but she pushed out a big nugget this morning. Then cried after it came out.

Poor little Summy is sick, she has a really horrible cough and has hardly slept in days, all the girls are sick so it's a cranky icky house here.

I am tired and a little sore been going to the gym heaps and have been really healthy this week time to shift this weight and NOW!!!! Can't be single bfing and overweight...

Summer said Mum a few days ago and now sais mum mum mum or mumma when she is whingy or wakes up very cute, 1st words were baba and then dad. She is crawling at super speed now and trying to pull herself up on things geez i hope she doesn't walk any time soon. She has bypassed the bottle and straight into a sippy cup why is my baby growing so fast??

Off to bed can't keep my eyes open any longer

Sounds like you are having fun Trina!
Go Summy! (I've gone to call her this a few times, but wasn't too sure if you'd bite my head off?!?)

Jesse says mum sometimes when he's winging. No Bubba or Dad yet.
He's been stroking my face alot lately. & grabbing hold of me for sloppy kisses! I love them! (Just wish he'd put the toungue back in first!)

He's getting his bum up alot more now & getting around my lounge room a little too well! He also worked out how to get to me in his walker tonight!!

Hope they are all better soon Trina. I think Jesse was in our bed all night for nearly a week. He's still usually in there from about 1am on.

Oh, we are having MAJOR seperation issues! I'm not allowed to leave the room without him!

Better get these clothes in the dryer I guess & get to bed.

    Night all!

Yay for first words. I'm still waiting for Jazz's. She just does a lot of mmmmmm gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and other cute noises.

She decided to throw up all over me last night! And I was wearing brand new gym pants (which got thrown into the washing machine and hung out last night so I can wear them tonight to the gym)

She's going to her grandparent's house (my parents) tomorrow afternoon and staying the night until late Sunday afternoon.

trina - hope the girls get better, it's going to be tough w school hols starting....

    yaay on mum!
lakshman has been saying amma, couple of times while looking at me and i just cried!

skye - lakshman does the same too, as soon as either steve or i leave the room he cries, and then a couple of mins later he's happily playing, unless of cos he's hungry or sleepy or has a wet nappy..

he's been on the sippy cup all week now.. yaay. and has been lifting his bum and pushing back on his legs to try to crawl properly. he's also starting to go to bed at 7ish, 8 and wake up at 4ish 5, feed and sleep till 6ish, 7. im glad he's not really waking up at 2 and crying tho he still grizzles.

danni - poopy just spat up yoghurt on me, boy does that stink!!!!!!

Forgot to say, Jazz is going on her first trip to the beach today. A friend of mine can't have any more kids (well, she can but it would stuff her body up so much that it's almost impossible). She loves spending time with Jazz so begged us to let her have a play date today. She's taking her to the beach where her daughter is having sports day. It's great weather for it. I told Matt to make sure she has her hat and sunscreen on.

Oh, I can't wait to get Jesse over to mums & take him to the beach.
Jaz was down there as a little baby coz she was born there & we were walking distance away. We moved down here when Bri was 4 weeks old, so she hasn't been much. When we do go back she's scared of the waves for the first day. After that she's like a fish!
I can't wait to get back up there & get Jaz into nippers!

BTW - Jesse has just suddenly become the expert on fighting sleep! I try putting him down with the dummy & he just wriggles around the cot crying til I come get him. If I feed/rock him to sleep the second I start putting him down he is wide awake & crying. Its really hard to get him down again.
He's on my bed fighting it ATM. I have pillows all around him & the bed up against his porta cot so he can't get too close to the edge before I'm checking on him again, but he just won't sleep. He's playing with a toy & I'll keep checking on him, hopefully he'll just play to sleep.
Doubt it. He's starting to winge again. I might try opening the curtain so he can see outside.

    Hi all,
Sorry i have been MIA - school holidays and i have been entertaining DSS!!!
We have made christmas wrapping paper one day - butchers paper plus red and green paint plus sponges and those body wash things in the shower... or and apples and lemons cos they make cool patterns!'
Have been swimming, lots or walking and today we are making a home made board game on the life cycle of a snake (inspired by the fact that Mum pulled out one that i made when i was about his age on the tadpole to frog cycle)

MJ fist sounds/words were bubba and she quite often says Mumma or mumm mumm mumma... no dad or dadda yet much to DH's disappointment.
She got up on her hands and knees a couple of days ago and did the rocking so i dont think that it will be long now ahhhhhh
Oh and when we were at the swimming pool she was sitting on the step, turned around and used the ledge tp pull herself up into a stand... **** i nearly fell over, of course she is far more boyant in the water so that must be .... please let it be that!!!

Humm, gotta go, so busy these school hols, we are having on of DSS's frineds over for a sleep over tomorrow night so want to have a tidy. sorry i didnt respond to everyone

Trina, i hope that you and the girls are feeling better soon...
Bron, cant believe that there are no meds yet, its soon.. Poor Will, MJ is feeling some teething symptoms too, not too bad, dont know if its the necklace or if she is not yet suffering too badly

Prama WOOO HOOO on the sleep, it must be awsome for you

Skye, i am so happy that you are moving, it sounds like just what you need. Sorry i didnt respond to you, i have been flat out, but i think that you should be happy with what you are doing the feeding, you dont need other peope to agree with you really, you know your boy, this is 3rd time round for you, your a great Mum and you wouldnt take unnecsssary risks... will respond properly when i get a chance!

    take care everyone speak soon

Thanks SJ. I was just feeling a bit judged at the time. Thinking about it now I know that if I thought there was a risk I wouldn't do it.

Sounds like you are having a great holiday!

Skye: We're having the separation and sleep issues with Jazz too. She used to be so good at sleeping but now wakes up every 3-4 hours instead of sleeping all night. Also, we can't leave the room unless she is completely occupied with her toys and not looking but then she often turns around to see if we are there and gets upset.
