Jen - I am so glad you are back! I missed our catchups over the festive period. Its great to hear that your dh and bil are making progress with getting their relationship back on track, and yes, keep the mil out of it or else you will be back to square one. Trust me I know. We havent had anymore progress in that department. We havent heard from them since the funeral, I talked to my bil's girlfriend and she said we should go see them but they never follow through and we have been down that track before. They seem keen and always have an excuse to why they need to cancel. Its really sad, I thought that the loss of their baby might have changed things, but it doesnt seem so and I cant really see things ever being repaired. Mil started calling all of the time again and my dh told her that she needs to apologise and get help before we can have any kind of relationship. She is quite happy to sweep things under the carpet, even going so far as to say how is karen and the girls, they are the most important? wtf ... she is a fruit loop considering I am the one she has been blaming for everything! Anyway, I really dont stress about them anymore, I dont have the time and energy. She knows where we are when she can admit her wrong doing!

Kas - what a great dh you have for getting a jump start on the trampoline. It sounds like you had a busy christmas and I hear you about the recylcing and rubbish. It was the topic of conversation for my parents the whole time we were there after christmas. Its funny how older people stress about the littlest things. I kind of realised just how retired and bored my dad must be when he got a small scrubbing brush out to brush the bugs off of his headlights of the car!

Liz - dont be a stranger! Another one to our small March group would be great!

So I am going to be really slack and copy and paste my catchup to you all .... I didnt want to retype everything again and I just wanted to tell you all the same thing! Slack I know!

So ........... all ok this end. Took the girls to the doctors last night, Mia is ok. Apart from a tummy bug! I have her in nappies, because she hasnt done a pooh on the potty yet and because she is doing so many and they are not solid, I dont fancy cleaning them up! Hopefully she gets better soon as she has nappy rash .. ouch!

Tay has tonsilitis and has also started with the pooh's today. Poor little thing, she was out of sorts yesterday and grabbing at her neck so I suspected. When the doctor shone the light in I couldnt believe how bad they were, puss and all. So she is on antibiotics, but also seems a little brighter today which fingers crossed continues!

I am ok, had the belly upset as well. But its easier for me to cope than the kids. We have been talking about trying again for a baby and from what we have been told you should try when you feel ready physcologically. I feel ok about it all. You definately have the niggling feeling that it will happen again, which is the biggest put off. I think I will go through my cycle and then we will talk about it again! I would really love to have a baby before christmas this year, because I dont fancy having a summer baby! Been there and done that with Mia, its horrible being big, pregnant and uncomfortable in the heat!

Anyway girls, I really should clean up some toys. We are house hunting and on my wish list is a play room for the girls. I am over sharing my loungeroom with the toys that just keep multiplying!

Hope you are all well girls ... and have happy and co-operative 2 years olds!
