Very Long Post Due To Mia For Sometime
Hi Girls,
Welcome Cailin and as the others said the more the merrier mind you we are not too talkitive on here we have our bursts of talk and then we go quiet for some time.
Hoody - Miss T's routing is this if it is any help:
Up at 7-7.30am
Goes down for a sleep at 11.00am until about 1.30pm sometimes longer or shorter.
Goes to bed at 7pm
She has been doing this for some time now and it is the same routine she has at daycare she goes to daycare twice a week.
The only thing i can think of is that she fights her tiredness sign and she gets her second wind? If she does that then it is hard for you to tell when she is tired. Miss T tried this on me but didn't succeed. The only thing i can think that you could try is put her in bed tell her that it is sleep time and sit on a chair outside her bedroom door and every time she gets up put her back no talking etc she will get the message eventually but it could take a few times.
Not sure what age gap is between your two but mine is 15mths and i have been able to get both the girls into the same routine exactly but DD#2 has an afternoon sleep as well thats the only difference. Maybe you could try that and see if that works? I no i am not much help but just a couple of suggestions :)
Jen- Happy Belated B'day Lucy for the 10th Sorry it is very very late (hope you can forgive me.);) Thats great news about katie and it must be such a weight lifted off your shoulders too jen. It is good when you no your child is happy with someone else looking after them and they say kids are the best judge of character so you must have a good one there jen!
Preschool wow - not sure if they have that in far north qld maybe it is called something else? She goes to daycare twice a week so i spose that is preschool in a way. I hope everythig else is going good for you and the family.
Everyone else - HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY'S to Caillon, Tallon and others i have missed. Kas your new adventure looks very very tempting to spend money money and more money!!!!!:p What a crack up on the pocket money side of things great idea though may have to steal that idea later on down the track too.
Steph i hope you belly is feeling better by now well done on the lost kilos too. Hope everyone else is doing great who i have missed.
Well not too much more to report here and yes i am sure your eyes are closing as you read this. The girls are both good Miss S cracks me up every day she is a bundle of joy and all i here most of the day is the two girls playing and laughing. Miss T loves to help mummy in the kitchen as well now so then Miss S feels left out so Shayla sits in the high chair and watches and miss T and i go for it, cooking anything or just doing the dishes and cleaning together. I have to laugh though as Miss S thinks she is funny by stealing things off Miss T and hiding them, oh sisterly love it is so cute to watch and see.
Still thinking we might have another bubba but undecided as if we have another one we have to have another one after that as we don't like uneven numbers. We do want them all close together though. So i will hold you all in suspense for a while longer....... mmm who knows i could be now.............
Well must be off to get some sleep tonight but i do want to wish you ALL A VERY HAPPY AND SAFE EASTER as i don't think i will get the chance to get on again this week but i will try to make an effort and post more.
Jen
:egg: here is an egg to you all for easter!
